      Awful experience. The guy couldn't find my account even after the first person did and I got my husband on the phone to verify his info and when I added the zip code to the conversation the guy hung up on us. I can't believe **** ****** even does with with such a awful company. Why doesn't the BBB do something about this company with the reviews?

      Horrible experience with this company. They have deceptive business practices, automatic billing that you can’t cancel, horrendous customer service etc etc. A RIP OFF company. Consumers be aware! There are other vision insurance companies you can choose.

      I would like to say I was a victim of insurance fraud. So I was trying to get to the bottom of it by calling EyeMed to see if the money that was taken from me was going there. I was rudely dealt with and also was not taken care of in which I already know I'm not a member of Eye med, but I get a discount with EyeMed with my insurance company. I complained it to that the lady that I reported it too was rude, and I also told ******* not to contact me about updates after I reported the woman. They did just that contacted me back sent 2 correspondence to my house. I even emailed them saying don't contact me about that. They still sent a second letter stating your complaint will not be a complaint against the woman you called rude! They are disgusting company that don't take care of their customers. !!! I was the victim here and they did nothing about it they didn't even care I was scammed out of 6 months worth of $93.55 stolen out of my account each month to a premium I was made to believe it was my insurance company. I was paying which I lost $280 dollars which ***** Fargo took back out. I kept calling Eye Med and everyone over there did not care and ignored me it's insane! they did not listen to me that I don't want to be contacted no more about their rude customer service agent. Which the second letter was a slap in the face saying their agent was not rude that is a lie!!! this is abuse!!! Then they say if you want to 2 appeal reach out ! Are you insane ahahah no I won't be and I didn't agree to the first one!!! ************** !!!! They kept harrasing me about the rude agent but told me to contact my insurance company about the fraud. Funny how they kept sending letters about nonsense rude agent but nothing about helping me about fraud. They didn't even care I was scammed out of $580! Disgusting people. They get no stars from me horrible company. IF it was up to me I wouldn't leave a 1 star I was made to leave one!

      Worst website ever. Hours trying to get an answer on how to submit a claims and to navigate through their automation. Disgusting service - or lack of it. No technical assistance and it was their round and round with 'supposed' answers that go nowhere. Terrible experience with trying to attach a copy of a receipt for a claim I was trying to send. The "token" they said they had sent...did not appear anywhere so I could not continue with the setup that was all over the place with their system. I am glad I have decided not to continue with who they are connected to with medical insurance - that company was also just as bad with medical website. What is going on with this computer/tech/website designers? Go back to school!! Do not get involved with this EyeMed company - you will not be reimbursed because they don't want you to understand or get through to them as they dont want to pay. If there was a zero star for a rating - they would get it. Hours wasted. No way to treat people who have trusted them with insurance.

      Trying to register my wife who is covered as a dependent. It kept ******** out at password setup. The service *** kept deleting it and telling me to start over but the same thing kept happening. On the phone with them for more than an hour. Then I learn, they have no IT department so no one can research why it was happening. They said she was registered but cannot sign on. That if she wanted any claim info she would have to call and they would email it to her. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!

      Hard grind to get your coverage back. Stay away.Cannot speak to a live agent until they circle you around with automated messages.Only provide mobile chat. The agents rush you, posting canned answers before you even finish typing. After you finally submit the claim, " received" is all you get. No confirmation email, no claim number no nothing for you to track the status. It will not show up under "my claim" section until the claim is processed. All you can do is to wait 30 days. How do I know if the claim make to their system? Why do Americans have to tolerate all these?It's not like we get nothing better to do or cannot afford a few hundred dollars difference between premium and out-of-pocket cost to have to go through these.

      could not be worse. Moronic, lame answers from ambivalent CSRs after getting dragged through a ** phone tree to dead ends. GREAT JOB!!! And no satisfaction. Little value here and what is there is degraded by the terrible customer service. Looks like **** may have dropped them and now partner with VSP. Smart. Very smart.

      With EyeMed insurance, my supposed in-network copay for an eye exam is $10, yet I ended up paying something like $165.00 for my exam, due to "added fees." If you read the fine print, these added fees are not included in the vision coverage. I find it is cheaper to go to ******* an out-of-network provider, and get the measly $40.00 reimbursement from Eyemed for out-of-network care. On top of this, EyeMed customer service is terrible. When I wrote to inquire about eligibility (there is no number to call), I was told by three different reps that I did not have coverage. I called my HR dept. and was told that I do in fact have coverage. I wrote back to EyeMed and only then were they able to locate me. In the meantime, the deadline had passed for the eligibility question I needed answered, and I had to cancel my eye dr. appointment.

      Had to claim to be reimbursed for ****** contacts. First the app didn't work then the website didn't work. Then I emailed in the claim. They rejected it I wasn't notified and they didn't tell me why until after I called three times. Sent many emails saying please reply to this email or I will fail you on the survey. They sent me tons of surveys. It's been 6 weeks and I haven't been reimbursed.
