I understand that you're experiencing several issues with our service. Specifically, there seems to be a lack of clarity regarding the contract length, misinformation about returning the service, disrespectful behavior from the driver, and delays in issue resolution by the local manager. Additionally, you've mentioned receiving bills for unnecessary product refills. I want to assure you that this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I'd like to address these issues personally.Review from Michael C

We were a 30 year customer of Cintas uniforms. In the last 3-4 years our uniforms have been delivered to us in terrible condition (Brown stains, black mars, dirty condition and name and company patched missing) I never renewed the contract with them in 2024. However, when I cancelled the service they said we owed them 11,130.25 for the remainder of the contract we did not sign, as they said we never called to complain. Cintas is useless and turn us into collections. On July 23, 2024 we paid the collection amount due in the amount of $11,130.25 just to get them out of our lives. We have been with this company for several years and were satisfied with their service. All at once the charges started to increase exponentially. We decided to cancel our service with them. Thats when it really got ugly. They have never had me sign a new contract and stated it would cost me $4700 to cancel. We are a small 2 person business in farming and they continue to bill us for $162.56/ month for nothing.Review from Tracy R

Horrible, dishonest, greedy, deceitful, scammers. This company should not be in business. The techs (who happen to be very kind with great customer service skills, so be warned) tricked me into signing a 60-month (5-year) contract and when I asked why they required my signature, the tech responded with "It was just to confirm your current services". No additional pages with any contract details were provided, nor did they give me a copy (because they told me it was only an itemized list of my current services- and nothing about a new, expensive contract with a heavy fine if canceled early). This is malpractice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! No wonder their tech turnover rate is so high.Review from Candy S

This company does not care about their customers at all. We have put an order in on June 21, 2024 and it is currently July 8th, 2024 and this order has been put into the system 4 times because of the lack of competence this company has. Meanwhile the money was taken out of our bank on June 26th, and we got a phone call about that same day stating they have lost our order because of a new system. I call this **.. How can you take, mind you it was only $65 for the order out of someone's bank and not know their order. Since June 26ish date they have been calling us because somehow our order keeps getting lost or even canceled. Last time we talked was on July 3rd, by a customer service person who said the order reordered but neglected to tell us that the conformation number was also his new order number because the link she sent us was wrong. So we ended up calling back on July 5th, to find out that there was a new order and it was ordered and was given the right finally order number and was told it will be here on July 11th, to only get an email this morning that 1 thing we ordered should be here 7/15 but not sure the rest of the order is going to be done. I am aggravated with this company of the lack of customer service they have. They are not at all trying to resolve this problem or try to offer any compensation for the lack of getting this order completely correct. They do not care and it needs to be known. I mean the order was only $65 dollars, not $6500 to get wrong or to get credit for, but just only $65.00, and they can't even reimburse a customers order and give them their order. Just to let everybody know you can save yourself a fortune by ordering off of *****. Cintas charges $0.28 to rent one rag, you can buy them off ***** for $0.19/rag. When you get uniforms from them they charge you twice the price it'd cost to have them done yourself.Review from Amanda Z

Spam company! The sales named Carlos N***** from the Bedford park office is a liar - he confirmed with me in email this Monday that the installation guy would be here either this Tuesday or Wednesday as our store will be doing building inspection and then soft opening early next week. It was never happened so I called him this Wednesday at noon, he was pretty sure the installation guy would stop by either Wednesday or this Friday for installation. I waited till Friday morning and he was disappeared- never answered phone call or reply emails, their customer service could only forward messages to him but no use! I was so desperate that I had to purchase all of the items that was required for building installation by the end of Friday! Their sales manager called me at that time and I was told they never schedule installation for me!! It is Sunday 1am now, our whole family including my young kid was still at the store to install all of the equipments Cintas was supposed to do for us! SHAME ON YOU GUYS AND WILL NEVER TRUST YOUR COMPANY!!!Review from Adam M

I wish negative stars was an option. This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I was talked into signing a contract by a salesman and was given a price. The contract says that Cintas can adjust pricing yearly. When the 1st year was up they raised my rates over $300!! When I inquired about the astronomical adjustment they said that my price was an introductory price and they had the right to raise my prices as they saw fit. That is not what I signed up for. At no point did the salesman say these prices were introductory or that they would go up so steeply. Now I am locked into a contract that I do not want. I asked for a buy out and they sent me a $5k buy out. I politely declined to pay them that amount. Now I guess I wait to be taken to court for rug cleaning.....Review from Alex M

If no stars where an option that is what I would leave, Cintas is a disgrace in service. We have had upteen drives over the past year and even have had route times changed without warning which the drive decided to leave our items outside in a garbage can not once, not twice but over 12 times. Cintas owes us credits for skipped service dates (that they skipped) and even put in writing they will provide credits but a year later no credits. Cintas as a company is dishonest and thieves to small business owners. AVOID them!Review from La S

If I could give ZERO stars for customer service, I would. BAIT AND SWITCH tactics. They are untrustworthy and do not stand behind their billing. I will NEVER use them again.
