  We saw the ad for the trade in deal "5K for your vehicle" no questions asked. We had a Chevy Avalanche that we owed just under $10k for. We took $5k cash with us knowing per the deal they would only give us $5k for the Avalanche and that $5k coupled with our $5k cash would have made the Avalanche paid off. The deal was if we do this that we were forced to choose from their "certified vehicle" stock. Well it turned out that the only "certified vehicle" we had to choose from was a Jeep Renegade Latitude. We thought in order to get that avalanche paid off that we would go ahead knowing that the jeep was in a little better condition than the avalanche so we went through with it even though we weren't satisfied with the jeep supposedly as our only option. The jeep reeked of cigarette smoke too. We went ahead with the deal on the condition that the avalanche would be paid off and that we were buying a $22k vehicle. We were there a grueling 6 HOURS. It was approaching 8PM and we were exhausted so we signed. After we had a chance to really look over the loan papers our final total amount financed was just over $35k!!! They even charged us a certified car fee for a vehicle we were forced to purchase. Since then we have called and their story is "sorry you bought it now, we can't do anything to help you". Now we're stuck in a vehicle with over $11k in negative equity. This place is a rip off and a joke. They DO NOT stand by their word in this trade in deal so be aware and read every line of the contract before you sign. I guarantee there will be many many hidden charges and you will not get what you are paying for. You get 1 star from me only because I have to choose a star to submit this review. We will be sure to warn any of our friends and family should they try to go to this dealership that they lie from the get go!

  I went into this car dealership to look for a car to finance. They ran my credit without telling me, and said I only qualified for a 2021 Kia Forte. The dealership sold me the car, had me sign the paperwork, but failed to tell me the car was blacklisted from most insurance companies, the rates being as much as my car payment. When I discovered this about 5 days after I purchased the car, my father was told over the phone that we had 8 days to figure the situation out. I went in on day 5 of that countdown to figure it out at the dealership. I was told by a male agent that there was nothing that he could do, and that I already owned the car. My mother told them that something needed to be done. He was then swapped out for a female agent (who originally sold me the car) who then told me there was something I could do. She told me I could use the car as a down payment for another car, and it to be financed through a different loan. What she didn’t tell me is that they were asking for another 2,000 dollars for the car, and the car payment would increase about 200 dollars more. I am now trying to find insurance that isn’t as much as my car payment but unfortunately since I am a young woman, under 21, the car insurance rates are not looking good.

  Service department and owner doesnt care. I have a new can radio is so screwed up and wont do anything. They think it is normal. John is a jerk.

  Pre ordered a truck. They ran credit. Picked out the bank I wanted to used for finance. They sold the truck hours before I was s to pick it up. When I inquired about the process the manager Dean was extremely rude.
