            I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler on March 3rd from Rev Auto Sales, when I went to get the vehicle and pick it up it was dark and late and the paperwork took awhile so when we went and got in the Jeep I noticed the engine light was on so I said something and the guy there said bring it back Sat. morning and we will take care of it, so I went in Sat. and he scanned it and said go buy a new gas cap WELL I did and that didnt work so I took the Jeep tpo a mechanic to see what was going on and noticed I had a radiator leak and a broken spring that was all rusted (so its been broke for awhile) the mechanic said the Jeep needs a whole new front end Springs, tie rods, upper lower ball joints and universal joints and brakes, he said I shouldnt be driving it and there is no way the vehicle passed any inspection to be sold. So now I need a couple thousand dollars for the Jeep to even be safe to drive and I dont have it, I gave them every penny I had and I am in the middle of a divorce and struggling as a single parent so I dont know what to do - I called to stop the finance company from paying them but it was too late (2 days) - Rev Auto wont return any of my messages, I feel like they should make this right, I didnt but a 1200.00 car I bought a 15k car that shouldnt even be being driven.....This is bad for business and they could have worked something out with me to make this right - I shouldnt have to file a claim with BBB - what is wrong with these people taking advantage of people - people like this is why the world is the way it is, now I have to be scared to death when driving my kids in this thing - but I have no choice.

            If I could give negative stars I would. We recently purchased a vehicle from them and within 1 week of driving the car the engine seized up and went into limp mode. After taking the vehicle to a mechanic they informed us that the engine rod was broken and the engine needed to be replaced or completely rebuilt. The mechanic also informed us that this dealership was definitely aware of this problem, that for the engine to be this bad the code would have been on for a while and most likely they cleared the codes. That any dealership who sells cars and has a mechanic car lift garage “to inspect cars” attached would have heard this knocking from a mile away and was just trying to offload garage on someone who doesn’t know any better. This dealership is knowingly selling broken vehicles. I would definitely not recommend ever buying anything from this place!! They are Cheaters and liars.
