We visited this store on Springdale Ave, to update our phones. They talked us into getting the S20FE due to the huge price difference between that phone and the S22, after doing some fast research we realized that The S20FE was a pretty good phone. So, we walked away with the S20FE. My phone didn't work right, with some glitches and we went back to the store 3 days later, they handed us a paper with numbers on it and told us to call them. We did, they confirmed that our phone didn't work. We went back to the store 6 days after receiving the phone to exchange the phone, they told us they have none in stock, and would have to order them. When the phone came in we went into the store to exchange. They told us that we would have to pay a 50.00 restocking fee, and then pulled an older phone out of the back of the store with a date on it of Feb. 10th. and our new phone. They kept scanning the new phone and the old phone, switching desks, they had us call ******* customer care because they didn't know how to process the return making this process longer than it needed to be. Then they wanted us to take the old phone from the back (not the new phone they ordered for us) we asked why, they just kept saying that its the same phone, My husband said NO, I want the new phone you ordered for me. This back and forth went on for 2+ hours, after telling them we didn't want the phone from February, they told us to leave the store or they would call the police. We did not do anything wrong , and had our two young children with us. For them to use that type of force was unnecessary, and scared our kids. We were still on the phone with ******* Customer care, and all was recorded. This store is extremely unprofessional, they are rude, and ******* should know that they are not a good place to do business with. We left with the broken inactivated phone. Luckily we were still on with customer care, and she re activated the phone after we left that store.
