The consumers attempted to contact the company but were not able to reach the company.

The website was created on May 7, 2022 and is registered in Guangdong, China and the registrant name/information was not disclosed. In August and September of 2022, your BBB reached out to Travetz in writing via email, postal mail and by phone seeking background information on the business. To date, BBB has not received a response from the company.
