    Had an appointment with Hannah to get my nails done as a new client. My appointment was at 1:00 I waited until 1:25 only to be told she did t have enough time to do them. I called ba k to express my frustration and the owner/ old man there told me she did nothing wrong and that he heard the whole conversation ( mind you she ran a half hour into my time) I told him if he was the owner that he needed to manage his business better to which he said" you know what Tricia ****** You" to which I replied the same back and he repeated it again **** you!! And hung up on me!! This is not an acceptable way to talk to anyone as a business owner! I think he needs to retire!
