      I made a reservation and then when I got there the place was filthy and something didnt sit right. Then when he told me the total I said I will see for other rooms and I left. I woke up this morning and saw that my card was still charged for the room after I told him Id look somewhere else. Then when I called this morning the guy was just trying to gaslight the situation brushing it off. Glad I didnt stay but Im so mad that they still charged my card if I didnt even stay and I said Id look somewhere else so thats me clearly canceling the reservation right?

      How embarrassed him I to tell anybody that I used to work for this place for 9 months they fired me because there was no more services for me so supposedly they hired a cleaning company to come and clean the rooms after the fact that I when I first started working there I did be building so when I got done with the building they put me on a building got it on top then I had to go back to be building to pick up all the pieces where these students we're not cleaning right so after I get both buildings done I get fired this place just went totally downhill you have a new manager that stands outside and smokes cigarettes with all the young kids that he's hired that are his friends young young kids then you got the two girls that work in the front in the lobby front desk and they're supposed to be sisters but they sit on each other's lap in in the lobby at the desk they smack each other on the ass walk around the building holding hands but their sisters that is disgusting I hope that whoever reads this does not ever go there and this whole place of Red roof inn on Miller Lane gets closed down it is disgusting the cockroaches the bed bugs and they don't even spray they don't even strip the beds if they see a bed bug they just leave it alone and then they'll bring it to the next person they are disgusting it is sickening that how a business can be open like this because when I work there it was never like that I personally would spray I would personally take the bedding off put it in a bag they don't do nothing like that cuz they don't care it is downright disgusting and I think that Red roof inn on Miller Lane should be shut down

      I paid for a 2 week stay and 3 days later they knocked on my door and told me I had to leave because they are switching companies. I would have to pay the new rate from the new company in order to stay. However, Id have to contact red roof guest relations for a refund. I did immediately and now its been over a month and still havent received anything but generated emails about them being sorry. Why would you book me if they knew that they were switching in a few days. I feel cheated and they had roaches.

      Was fraudulently charged for the use of a room safe. Charge is automatic for anyone staying there. They deduct it from your $50 deposit automatically. You are supposed to know that you have to tell them that you did NOT use the safe. They did not ask me either way. I was able to get them to credit my card back for those but how many people who dont closely monitor their credit cards have been taken by this? Apparently a corporate directive. Beware!!

      Rochester-********* NY I don't usually complain, but this is more than I can take. Rude people including reception, ************* sticky, pillows thin with lumps, can't get to reception/lobby or rooms without breathing clouds of smoke in this "100% smoke free property", dumpster trash smells greet you all around property from neighboring businesses, dead bugs on floor, iron covered in melted plastic & leaked on floor, said they would bring me 1 when they went out to turn lights on for the night, but never did, room phone doesn't work so had to keep walking the length of 2 buildings to get to reception to get help, dd cleaned up leak from iron with towel. Only 2 towels, 2 wash cloths & 1 hand towel in room. Reception REFUSED to replace it!!! They said at 6 pm housekeeping is locked & they cant get anything until 730 am. Guess I use hand towel to dry off after shower. If your child vomits on bed guess you sleep in it til housekeeping the next day! I see they have replies to the MANY MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS, but not once do I see that they offer to do anything to make it right. Wish there were other options but this was the only one in the area for this weekend. I booked a month ago. Stay home, DO NOT come here

      I booked a stay for two weeks in this hotel as Im waiting for my house to close. I had no choice but to rent a hotel I have never been treated so badly in my life by the staff. No one seems to know whats going on. I have pets in my room so they wont come in and clean, which is fine but they will not provide me with any sheets towels, comforters I have to beg for a roll of toilet paper and the man at the desk told me to go to the store and get my own, unbelievable

      Worst manager everrude beyond belief! Avoid staying here if you want to enjoy your vacation because dealing with *****, the manager, will ruin it.We booked two connecting rooms, but one of the air conditioners was broken. The manager claimed it would take days to fix and dry the carpet, so we had to settle for just one air conditioner for both rooms during a hot summer. On our last night, I spoke with a front desk staff member, mentioning how uncomfortable it was to have only one air conditioner for two rooms. He immediately arranged for the air conditioner to be replaced while we were out for dinner. This option could have been offered by the manager on day one, but instead, she insisted it would take days to fix.I requested a late checkout for one of the rooms, asking for noon instead of 11 a.m., given the inconvenience we endured for five days with a warm room. The manager refused, accusing me of changing my story about agreeing to have just one air conditioner, and then walked away. She never mentioned the possibility of replacing the air conditioner the next day. She lied when she said it would take days to fix.

      My husband and I stayed in the red roof in. In ********** , hurricane ************* and it was not worth the money . The room was not clean and thank God I purchased some disposable sheets to sleep on . There was urine on the toilet and floor . It was the most disgusting room I have spent my money on . I will never go back to a red roof again !

      I stayed in Red roof cal. on may 19 2024 and the host Sam and nick were 2 off the best managers I have come across in my many years of travel and I expect to stay next year on my trip back to arizona next winter. John Bright Oliver b. c. canada
