This has been an ongoing issue i have tried to get resolved myself. now however i need some help. this is a local news paper that has no regards to others in the slightest. the photo i have tagged is a google search of my name. as to why this is important to me is because i work in mortgage and had several background checks done on my name. there has never been an issue with my character or my ability to handle money. i had my identity stolen and used to forge blank checks. I had a police report in and everything. i did everything i could to clear my name. that being said the information is not true on this post which is considered slander. this is not fair treatment on their part to not even hear me out and try to clear my name locally. as you might be aware its hard to work in finance when people think you have a felony in fraud. this is absolutely not true. so as a plea for help. i have tried every other angle here. but they are going against their own code of conduct keeping others information safe and accurate. and have said the info was true when it was released. again it was never true. i was never arrested. and there was a police report made about my identity. so I'm lost and don't know what to do.Initial Complaint

We get an advocate once or twice a week sometimes on Wednesday will get the Monday Tuesday and Wednesday all together. Many times only one per week which is the Sunday. We have called the Advocate at least a dozen times in the last year with no permanent solution. Have left a message for the editor and never got a call back. We just want our paper on the schedule it is printed.Initial Complaint

I have paid for the paper in Feb. They called said they were going to send my check back. They never returned it to me. They were not sending me my paper. Last paper I received was last day of January. They told me I didn't have to pay until May. That's fine but I have not been receiving my paper at all. I want my paper like I have gotten for years.Business response

I have a subscription with them and I have only received 8 out of the 18 for the month of February. I have been paying for it on time.Business response

The District Manager has been contacted and will follow up with the delivery carrier regarding this complaint
