Customer purchased unit on 8/21/2023 and she took it to ********* to get an oil change on 8/22/2023. Customer had unit towed in and we had a mechanic look at car and the mechanic said the unit was low on oil, only had about a quarter quart. We called ********* to see what mileage was on the unit when she got the oil changed and to see if they require an oil change every 3000 miles and she had the oil changed ********* noted the mileage at 159862 and when she towed the car in the unit had 164080 miles on it, so ********* said she was more than 1200 miles over on the oil change. The warranty states that it is a 3 month or 3000 mile warranty, whichever comes first and she was over on mileage, so the warranty had expired.Customer response
