    Turn the other way, run, and get as far away from this company as you can. Randy Schneider (the Owner), Samantha Sarvas (admin/billing) and Jason Keressi (the Partner) are NOT truthful or trustworthy. These two gentlemen have ZERO knowledge of how to build anything correctly. Yes, we are filing a lawsuit and there are others. Feel free to search them under Ottawa county court of common pleas, case # 2023-CV-H 126 First off, our plan was not followed, see photos of the poured wall that was supposed to of been a block wall. We will now have part of our poured wall underneath our deck that we still have no idea what to do with. We were forced into the expense of overpaying for materials and having to create a knee wall in its place. Our poured wall looks like which is literally laughable because it is so crooked. He stated that he was able to sell our sunroom and that there would be a $0 charge for disassembly and would give us a credit of $1,000 for the sale then turns around and demos the sunroom, bills us $16k and says, "Oh sorry, the sale of the sunroom feel through." His contract with us stated that he had to provide a change order for any changes, well we didn't receive any of those. We had to correct his 4 x 4 supports and add additional 6x6 supports to our LVL because they notched into the LVL all the way down the side of the house. Everyone that worked at our home from this company was less than subpar to say the least. All of this and so much more led us to hiring an attorney to send a cease-and-desist letter just to get him off our property before he could do more damage. He refuses to provide us with our $30k deposit refund and kept over $30k in materials he purchased with our money but never delivered to our site. We have so much money wrapped into fixing everything he did wrong at our home not to mention the misery we went through. Having to deal with this man and his team was utterly disgusting.
