      Bought a computer chip module for 2013 GMC Duramax and was sent a module for a 2017-2020 and it will not work on my truck. I want to the company to get in contact with me so I can send the item back for a full refund. I sent many emails and numerous phone calls and left many messages with no response.

      I purchased and was charged for corvette rocker skirts. I was told after I inquired they would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. I wasnt made aware it would take that long when I purchased them and called again and was told 6-8 weeks. I asked for a refund but I have not received one. I protested through my bank but unsuccessfully. This company should not be allowed to operate as they do and from reading other reviews, its a common practice with them.

      You filed a chargeback and we advised you we could refund you right away if you cancelled the chargeback but you refused to do so. We are unable to refund since there is a chargeback

      I purchased a product for my truck from this company on 6/13/23 in the amount of $200.41. There is a 30 day money back guarantee on this product (displayed on their website). Received product on 6/17/23 and decided to submit a return claim as I didnt need the product. It took several days to get a response on the claim, but received one on 6/28/23. From that, I was told I would need to pay return shipping (which I am fine with) and they alerted me there would be a 20% restock fee. They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee yet are not returning all my money (20% restock fee), so they are falsely advertising. I want to return the item w/o a restock fee, which would be in alignment with the companys 30 day money back guarantee. I have had many emails with the company, but cannot get resolved.

      I purchased a part from this company for $1144.75 on May 8 2023. Never received the product. Contacted company and they said they wanted 80 more dollars. I informed them I would like a refund. They stated 3-5 business days. It has been 14 business days and no refund as of yet. Have reached out and no response. I just want my money back. Please help.

      I ordered a ** motorsports 1 3/4 super pro headers and x pipe c5 corvette order number ****** on Friday 5-12-2023 . It would not accept paypal so I used my card. After I ordered I had a question so I called no answer. I looked up the reviews after and saw that they are terrible and accurate. I have called every day with no answer. I also emailed wanting to know the shipping date with no reply . I emailed them back saying I wanted a refund on **** with no reply. The product is advertised on a corvette forum I see that Pfyc is updating advertisements daily on the site I have posted that I want a refund on there . This company I believe also goes under the name southern car parts its the same address and same terrible reviews. I am hoping the BBB can help me get my money back . This company should not be in business. It is now **** and still no response . I have contacted my bank about a transaction dispute.

      This order is only 6 days old. They do have a lead time of more than a day as this customer does not like that it is not being shipped out immediately. We are in the process of refunding this and the funds will show in 3-5 business days

      I ordered a product on 1/8/2023 and still have not recieved the order. **************** is horrible to get any information from. When they did answer an email on Feb 15th I was told they would check with the manufacturer and see if it shipped and if not I would be refunded. I asked for a refund 2/11/2023. Still not response since their response on the 15th. I was never informed of any back orders or issues with this product, the website also does not state anything about this product being delayed. I wish a refund for the product that was never delivered after nearly 2 months.

      First seen their website on C8 page said that product is available? That was back in August 2022, received my order December 8, 2022 to my excitement ended in disappointment. The product had diamond shaped imprint on the finish side. Called PFYC left message on K**** voicemail and sent emails to get response From b***** saying they get product from Gm that way. All Im asking for is an RMA# so I can start the return process for a full refund. Didnt want to go this route but Im left with no choice, no response no return emails. The product is not as advertised and cannot be put on my car. I am requesting a return label and a full refund.
