Absolutely horrible company to do business with. I called and spoke to Jasmine and was unable to come to an agreement. So I asked could I please speak to her manager, who wanted $283.84 per month. THE SUPERVISOR ABSOLUTLY REFUSED TO COOPERATE AND COME TO ANY KIND OF AGREEMENT. She just wanted to have a shouting match and talk over me. She finally calmed down a bit when I calmly told her, I understood her, but did not appreciate her constantly talking over me and not giving me a chance to speak. She stated several times that she would let her client know that I was refusing to work with them. I explained that I am more than willing to cooperate, but that I do not have that kind of money, and am doing everything I can to see where we can cut back on other bills to pay them a bit more. She then demanded a checking and routing number to start drafting $283.84 a month for the next 12 months. She also reminded me that the call was being monitored and recorded more than once, but refused to provide me with a reference number when I asked for it, and instead kept changing the subject.
