  My daughter (****** ********-age 16) went to this establishment to get her nails done for Prom on Wednesday, May 4th. She didn't receive equal treatment & paid for her service than originally quoted. A young lady sitting next to her received the exact same service & paid $20.00 less. My daughter left a review of her treatment and received an immediate response from the manager. We went to the store on Tuesday, May 10th in hopes of a resolution. We spoke with two different men who claimed to be managers. Instead of apologizing, they were both very accusatory and blamed my daughter for not being forthcoming. I explained that she's a minor and they could speak to me moving forward. They offered no resolution & wanted to become argumentative so, my daughter & I left.

  We received the complaint letter id ********! So thia is what happened! Miss ****** had appt that day so she came in and wanted the fullset of arcylic with designs, so our nail tech named amanda told miss ****** that nail with design would cost $115 (because we always try to let the customer know the price if they want design because all the design have different prices) so miss ****** didnot want to do that design and she changed to new fullset with gel($60) with almond shape($5) and french tip($15) so we told her the total came up to $86.40 (after tax) and she was ok with it then amanda did her nails! During the service, the girl next to miss ****** had the dip powder($55) with almond shape($5) without design! !  it looked like the same thing but it is not because dip you can wear only once and when you come back everything must be soak off, and arcylic you have to fill in every 2 weeks! So steven was the nail tech who did for the girl next to miss ******! And he said the price for dip+Nail tip and almond shape would be $60 without the design! So miss ****** was happy with her nail and she also tipped amanda $5! She probably misunderstood and thought that we under charged the other girl! And honestly we treat everyone the same because our prices are in the brochures! We tell you the prices before we do to make sure you are comfortable with that! We charge everyone the same unless its her birthday then she would get 10% off! And we take appts and walkin are welcome too! But if we are fully booked then we will refuse the the walk-in at that time and she had appt so we took her in so we didnt know what we did wrong? Thank you for understanding
