We have been enrolled for a month or two at the springboro location and have run into multiple issues. We do not feel safe attending anymore. There have been multiple classes where the instructors just do not teach or tell you what to do. They also are usually not paying attention and have even verbally stated they don't want to be there. Having an infant getting used to water, and reading your website about safety I am very surprised at the lack of attention these instructors are giving. Multiple times we have attended and the water has been so cold our infant has shivered, parents shivered and we had to get out of the water it was so cold, one time a makeup class was offered, and another time it was not. Multiple parents complained and even the instructor thanked us for saying something because she was really cold. Talking to the GM Jaclyn got us nowhere, and she offered to move him up to the 1 year-plus class, but that does not align with the methodology I understand from your website and we do not feel comfortable doing that. Also, even though we are picking classes with specific instructors they seem to always swap them out. Also, while talking to Jaclyn on the phone she was very rude, interrupted me would not put me in contact with the owner because "they own multiple locations so that isnt possible" and hung up while I was talking. I would highly suggest any other place if you have an infant looking to take swim classes.

Absolutely absurd!! I told them at the end of last month that we will be leaving the swim class for the summer and ever since it’s been a mess! Drove 35 minutes to class just to have it canceled, my bad maybe I should’ve checked my emails again that morning. Rescheduled for today and again got there just to see it’s cancelled yet again!!! Now I have one week to try squeezing in makeup classes ( we have 4). I just asked for a refund for the classes and we’d just be done now and was told no because of their no refund policy. So I can’t get into a class because of all their excuses and I can’t get refunded either?! $102 a month for crappy lessons, I’m done! Wasted over 2 years here and my daughter has learnt more at home in the past 2 weeks then this bs. Let’s also not forget to mention that a child almost drowned a couple weeks ago during class and if is wasn’t for me banging on the glass and yelling the outcome would’ve been worse. There was only 4 kids in the entire pool that day!! This place has definitely went down hill and fast!!!
