On 9/3 we employed All States to cut down a tree and haul away brush and debris for $600. They cut the tree down and didn’t complete the haul away. He texted and said the tree was cut and the brush and debris was hauled away. We contacted them the next day when we saw they had left it all behind. ***** ****** said he’d be back by the next day to finish the job. He was a no show. We texted him and he said he’d come back, he was a no show. On 9/7 we texted several times and he said he was in another job but would call us no later than 4. No call no text back. Also on his flyer he is claiming to be A rated with BBB however your site says he is not accreditedBusiness response

I don't agree. Because they said they payed a girl on Venmo and said they didn't know anything that I questioned them about the job and just know making a complaint after a month goes by they said that they received a contract with my name on it and an i don't recall having anyone they describe to me that was working with me at that time so I was trying to figure everything out and they was rude and said they wasn't going give me any information where they sent the money to or anyone they couldn't even describe the truck they was in an mine has my company name on it so anyways I was trying to be helpful about the situation and they were very verball abuseful and talking down about my company and I wasn't accredited with the better Business bureau that my A+ rating didn't matter and I was a scammer so I wasn't pleasant back to her and hung up the phone and employee of mine that I sent out to do estimates obviously did this job and was acting like me and signed the receipt DS and if you took a picture of me I would not fit the description of the people on the job so I tried to explain that to him and they just did not want to listen to me and you know I hung up the phone before everything got escalated out of control so that is my statement call me Monday morning if you have any questions thank you very much have a good day
