    I called him and he seemed very nice, so I inquired about him coming out to look at my hot tub and give me estimate to repair. He explained to me it was $300 Service Call Fee and $300 an hour time there cash only. Saying cash only raised a flag but it is off season so I thought ok maybe. He showed up on time and as soon as he came in the door, he wrote up a bill for the $300 Service Call and $300 first hour and wanted the money right then. He claimed electric had to be hooked up when we disconnected and turned tub for him to look at where we knew the leak was. He took 35 minutes doing that and instead of letting my husband get wire out from under a pipe he takes a pry bar and lifts the pipe and I believe cracked a manifold. Never finished the diagnosis and wrote on existing bill it was $140 for manifold, $300 Service Call and $300 hour there and wanted part money upfront. We had just replaced all 10 of the manifolds at $20 a piece so we told him no thank you. His site says he carries most parts but has to order a manifold. He acted like a tweaker. My guess he is on disability, so he wants cash so no paper trail and does not have to pay taxes. DO NOT USE THIS MAN **************************!!!! SCAMMER!!!!!
