I performed a glans nictitans repair surgery on the complainant's dog on 11-28-23. The surgery was on the dog's left eye. On release from the surgery, complainant was given specific in-depth post surgical instructions by one of our Veterinary Technicians, and was to have made an appointment for a two week re-check with me. Complainant could not come in on the specified date, 12-12-23, and instead made an appointment for the following day, 12-13-23. I work on Tuesdays and Fridays only so instead he saw *************************** on 12-13-23. The affected eye was normal at that time, but the owner was concerned at that time that the right eye looked red.

He was told on release if he had any questions or concerns to please call. He did not.

He instead put copies of the complaint to you on every car in our parking lot prior to ********************** examination of the eyes. He did not have any questions at that time aside from the concern for the redness in the other eye, which was addressed by *******************

It is true that if he had wanted to see me and could not have come in on 12-12-23 he would have had to wait until 12-15-23 since that was the next day I was in the office.
