I very recently contacted this company by email since I could not seem to get through my phone. I had to make two email attempts before someone finally responded. My complaint was pretty simple. I purchased their vitamins on 5/30/22, a large chewable vitamin that was highly recommended I purchase by a nutritionist. I purchased the tropical flavor, a 30 count directly through their website. As per the doctors orders I did not start taking them until the last week of June. At first they didn't bother we so much, the taste but as the weeks wore on, I found myself literally gagging while chewing it. They literally made me nauseous. By the time I thought to contact the company and waited for a response, the jar was practically empty and I threw the rest out but held on to the jar. As I said, I had a hard time reaching someone. When finally someone responded by email, an agent, she seemed stumped on what the issue was and what I wanted. Not sure why. It was pretty obvious I was complaining. I was quite articulate. The agent started to ask me where the product was and told me I had to return it, at my expense, for an exchange etc. I told her it was almost completely finished and I discarded the rest but had the bottle. She said that there was nothing that could be done. it didn't make sense. I asked to be passed to a supervisor. One began to email me and said she didn't understand what it was I wanted. Again? What is so perplexing about this?! Then she pretty much reiterated what the agent said. Does it matter that I had no product? I have complete proof of purchase either way. were they really going to require me to return the product at my expense? When I asked the supervisor all of this she remained quite adamant. I asked for a manager & was ignored. I asked again & even told her I was going to take it further & I was still ignored. I made an attempt to call again and again, no one picks up. I know they are no pharmaceutical giant but this is just really bad business.

Wow. That was fast. Wish they’d pick up their phones and answer calls from the public just was fast. My stance is the same. Most companies will just require proof of purchase.
People had surgery. They need to take vitamins every day. Uninterrupted. Period. They don’t have the luxury of packing them up, going to the post office. Returning something and also again, at the customers expense, which is awful, and then wait at least a full week or more until the company is good and ready to send a possible replacement.
What were they going to do count how many were in the bottle that were used and send only that many? This company really has some lousy policies. Things must be pretty bad and I guess maybe they are still considered a start -up.  I haven’t had a chance to research that but I will  and I will also leave an appropriate review which is my right.

I’m glad that now they will have a complaint on file against them because it’s unresolved. Terrible policies. Bad customer serviceand nasty tasting Vitamins.
