5 starsWe received the sink in just a few days but there were some flaws in it. I contacted **************** by email and sent pictures. They were quick to reply and another was sent as a replacement. The sink we purchased on backordered but as soon as available a replacement was sent. WE were kept informed about the delay and when the replacement sink would arrive. Everything worked out great. Loved the quick and easy service. Thank youReview fromFred M

1 starPurchased a double sink that cost over $500. The sink arrived cracked. Apparently it was past the 'return window' as we're building a house. I literally have picture of it still in the box, Styrofoam and all. Not important! It's outside our 'return window'. They're not a reputable business. 5 starsMy experience of purchasing a vanity top from Bath 1 can only be described as "PERFECT". I am a very "exacting" person and pride myself with that trait as having been a Project Manager in the construction industry where every detail is required to be perfect or it will be rejected. Before purchasing the top I contacted Bath 1 with questions that due to previous attempts of obtaining a top from other vendors. Bath 1 returned my answers in ONE day and clearly stated the answers I needed to read. I The shipping method they used was beyond any other I have witnessed and thank them for their business' ability to provide a quality product at an "affordable" price. Nice job.Review fromMary S

Excellent service, very good product, sink was packed very well. Had two slight flaws in the bowl. Called customer service and talked to **** and sent a picture. Bath1 made it worthwhile for us to keep the sink. Very pleased with the customer service at **********************.
