Team got right on my case..very clear about what to expect.. flexible with payment and worked with me when there were hiccups..grateful for the service.. soo far the extortionist has left me alone, and hopefully personal damage to me and my family has been mitigated and haven't seen any negative affects..time will tell.. I fell for a extortion scam and i was so freaked out i called them and they coaxed me into a contract that was way higher then what i wanted and i immediately regretted it and said that i wanted to cancel my contract hours later in the same day mind you this is on 5-10-24 and they said that i would have to wait until Monday but the reason why i called hours later is because of their refund policy which states that if calling within 24 hours you can get 75% of the money back and that’s why i called them the first agent picked up the phone and he was frustrated over the phone as i could tell in his tone of voice and said that he would process this cancellation and they would call me back at the end of the day so i said okay i called back about an hour later because i had not received a call and it was close to the time they close so i called again this time another agent picked up the phone and told me that my case would get cancelled on Monday in which that would not be under the 24 hour policy and was starting to get mad at me over the phone as well. I’m sorry but if this is how you treat you customers and not allowing them to cancel their contracts on the same day but visibility putting a notice on the contract stating that the cancelation policy is 24 hours for a 75% refund seems like a scam to me.Digital Forensics Corp. While under a stressful situation of being extorted, was made to sign a contract for 21,831.60. Was made to believe that they actually with law enforcement where that tracked the extortionenist were from. They do not. They did get them to stop the harassment which I agree may have costed 1,500.00 for the three hours that it took. When I was able to speak with local law enforcement, I was informed that it does not cost that amount for that type of work. I informed the case manager that I was assigned when he did call back, I was no longer wanting their services and could stop any supposed services. I asked for no refund because it was pass the three day deadline. Also informed them that I was not going to pay them anymore money. Now they are calling me asking to pay more money. I am speaking with an attorney who is reviewing the contract for true legitimacy. This company is worst then the extortionenist, prey on victims and giving false information.Digital Forensics Corp. I was thinking I would be the only one eating 1 star but I’m glad to find the folks that are going through as same situation as mine! If I could give 0 star, I would definitely do that. Their attitude toward customers, manners and services are terrible!! They say they’ll help but they do nothing but suck up money from you! I got scammed by Instagram so I came here for help but instead of being helped I got scammed here as well. What a disappointment! They charged my credit card and they said it didn’t go through and they are charging more plus interests!?? What a heck is going on this scam company!!! They harass you and threaten you for more money! At least that’s my experience! Everyone out there, be aware and learn from my mistake and some others reporting in these review sections. Yes I fell for their scam as well. They will use fear techniques to sign you up in higher plan which is 20K$ but they provided service of 3 day plan for me which was 7200$. They will make you sign contract and later use that against you. Even though they never provided the service that was earlier promised. Plus They never help you in your situation. I was open and transparent about a hacker telling me they were now punishing my daughter in the form of sexual exploitation and prostitution( I was told by the hacker as a form of retaliation for " snitching" ) and PLEADED with them to take action ASAP and was told the soonest I could be scheduled with an engineer was a full 24 hours later! Only to be notified the very next day after processing my payment, that I now had to RESCHEDULE again! Of course this sent me into INSTANT anxiety and I demanded a refund immediately, but was argued with by the case worker on why they couldn't fulfill their obligations to the agreed appointment and told how unreasonable I was being! I explained how I believed the hacker already knew I had scheduled this service and IMMEDIATELY responded that there would be consequences, I instantly called back and directed them to not stop for any reason at all! I am now subjected to hearing laughter from the hacker because he told me they couldn't help me! I now have to start from scratch when I let it be known there would be some type of setback when I obtained their services and had to wait even 24 hours to get started! I am now subjected to this person or persons watching me shop for another service because something I paid for couldn't b done when I was told it was scheduled to be done! I have since then spoken with digital forensics, apologized and asked to continue the work. The day of the appointment however, my screen on my phone ceased to work, so they win, I lose! And in the process, they now say they are doing the same thing to all the females in my family!! Still I have received 0% help from law enforcement, or ANYONE ELSE!Review from Jacob P

I was extremely scared and they coaxed me into their services. Within the hour I requested a refund and they wanted to give me the run around. I have yet to hear anything regarding a refund. No emails or phone contact. I’m am very displeased and I feel robbed of my $1500 that is rightfully mine. They did nothing other than show they were the true scammers taking advantage of a person that was very desperate for help. I genuinely need my money back. Please help.Digital Forensics Corp. They were not helpful I still had to deal with my scammers. They won’t get back to me about a full refund because yet again they didn’t help at all if anything I was more stressed out because I had to deal with them and my scammer so now I’m afraid I got robbed by someone that said they would help I’m very upset if I get stuck with a 1,500 bill if they didn’t do anything to help they put me in a bad positionDigital Forensics Corp.
