      My dog has been a patient at Twin Maples Vet clinic for a couple of years. On multiple occassions there were both mishandling of my dogs treatments and charges for services not recieved. In addition to $100's of dollars spent to get the correct treament administered ( each time them requiring another office visit fee approx $ 60+. On one occasion my dog was paralyzed and could not control his bowel movements which also resulted in having carpets cleaned and a whole house sanitized. After all of this, on my last visit, my pet was to get additional blood work panels ( which have been administered numerous times previously) and the attending vet didnt look at his chart and almost sent in the wrong blood panel - this is over a $ 250 blood panel ( that is optional not required ) - this tells me they did not look at his chart. During that same visit the vet proceeded to tell me that my dog would no longer be receiving vaccinations at this facility. What is the point of having a vet if you cant get basic treatments and I have never had this tone or direction from any previous vet clinics or veterinarian. How is this protecting my pet from disease and how is it fulfilling the duties of a vet clinic to provide the correct and necessary treatments to ensure my dog is safe ? - I called to speak with the office manager Maggie J****** and never received a call back. Instead, they sent a letter shaming me for speaking up and advocating for my pet and questioning their business practices. I asked to speak with the owner and the manager REFUSED to provide that information. Even though the office manager REFUSED to follow up /call me me back. Never once did anyone in management, reach out to check the facts or try to ensure the vets were being professtional and ethical - instead they put the blame on the paying customer - after taking hundreds and hundreds of dollars
