BBB received several complaints against this business in a short timespan. This influx of complaints prompted an investigation of the business’s practices. Based on BBB’s review, it appears this business is a household goods moving broker. In September 2021, our investigator drove to their virtual office at 470 Olde Worthington Rd Ste 200 and was told by a Regus representative that United Nation Van Lines was no longer a client and hadn't been since earlier this year. At this time, BBB has not received return mail from the address though that may be a postal issue as well. BBB spoke to a consumer who said a representative from Regus had advised her that United Nation Van Lines had not been a client since April.
The website of United Nation Van Lines https://www.unitednationvanlines.com/ currently lists one address as follows: 1333 Burr Ridge Rd, Pkwy Ste 200, Burr Ridge, IL 60527. Using the internet, BBB has verfied this address belongs to a therapist, and is not the acutal location either physically or virtually of United Nation Van Lines.
At this tme, BBB believes the actual physical location of the business to be in Cincinnati, Ohio.
