            Transaction date - Nov. 17, 2001 - Paid $2925.00 from my Visa Card. Was going to receive plastic surgery on 12/20/2021. Had to cancel the surgery and cancelled on 11/23/2001. I gave 26 days notice to cancel the surgery. I tried to reschedule but Monika (secretary) said I was going to be penalized $800.00 for canceling the surgery. That is not right. Even if I had the rescheduled surgery, they were penalizing me for 800.00. I just want my 800.00 back. ***** *****
