Killeen plumbing send a plumber on 8/20/21. To change a part on my moen kitchen sink faucet. After a few days I noticed there is water in the cabinet under the sink. I took a closer look and noticed that the faucet handle handle was dripping. I called the company 8/31/21 they send the plumber again on 9/1/21 and he fixed the leak. The water was going all the way down to the basement ceiling where 2 drop ceiling peices were soaked and fell on the carpet with lots of water. My cabinet was totally dry before the plumber came in to fix the rover in the first place. The company said that they will not cover the damage which was caused by their plumber.Business response

Hello, attached are the two invoices. We arrived on the first visit and replaced the hose that was leaking into the cabinet and caused the initial damage. We also replaced the cartridge. All parts were customer supplied, there is no warranty and it is stated on that invoice that the customer signed. When we went back the second time, the faucet cartridge had a small leak coming out of the handle when you used it. Even though it was customer supplied parts that had no warranty, we did not charge the customer for the return trip as you will see on the second invoice. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.there was no damage before the plumber came in and changed the hose. The cabinet under the sink was completely dry
with no cracks or damage. The facet hose was leaking into the sink from the very top part of it facing the sink
the water coming out of the hose was going on the sink no water was going into the cabinet underneath. The cabinet was completely dry when the plumber came in the first time. It wasn’t until days after fixing the faucet that the closet was filled with water and went all the way down to the basement ceiling.
