  I want to give Rad Air a 3-5 star for kindness, and patience, however at this point I’m thinking I better just tell my side of the story. I started at Garfield with Eric and ended with Bob in Wickliffe. I’m furious and I’m sure this is not typical but premeditated. First this company decided to charge $4420 for repairs to my truck it took me about two months to complete the payment plan. Upon picking up my truck I find it now needs a starter and the $300 part that I was charged for was not even installed on the truck. I was told to leave the truck or come back on Monday. I do not understand. It has been there for almost 2 months. I go to the wickliffe store and am basically laughed out of the store into what I can only describe as the clown car of Rad Air. This vehicle rattles and hisses and is scarier to drive than my own vehicle. Lesson learned. Never having to worry about my vehicles coming back to Rad Air. I am a single mom barely making ends meet and I was taught a valuable lesson. I was harassed by one manager while the other called to tell me that I’ll have to leave my truck. I am disgusted, it is money for crying out loud! Do the work, get paid whatever the price agreed upon and keep a customer. Disgusted.

  I went to this auto repair shop for oil change. I wanted a full synthetic oil change. To my surprise they give me my car back as it was before going for oil change. The oil gauge showed the same level of oil as it was before, and the oil was dirty. I went back to their shop and asked the manager to check the oil. The oil level was more than an inch below the top notch. I asked him why the oil level is not up to the top notch level. He told me He told me that if the oil level is anywhere between the top notch and the middle notch it is normal. I told him that the oil is dirty and it is not the question of that oil level is normal but why it is not up to top notch after the oil change. I was lucky that I checked the oil level after their visit to their shop. If I had not checked the oil level my engine would have locked up. After that I went to the Walmart and got the oil change with full synthetic oil. I WILL ADVISE EVERY ONE THAT DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY KIND OF REPAIR EVEN BY MISTAKE. THEY ARE THE NUMBER ONE CHEATERS IN THIS WORLD. THEY WOULD NOT ONLY NOT FIX YOUR CAR BUT THEY WOULD DAMAGE YOUR CAR, AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN WHAT OTHERS WOULD CHARGE. I HAVE THE PROOF OF OIL CHANGE FROM WALMART IF ANY ONE WANTS TO SEE IT. THEY SAY THEY ARE NOT CHEAP. YES OF COURSE THEY ARE NOT CHEAP BUT THEY ARE THE GREATEST CHEATERS IN THIS WORLD. I JUST CANNOT BELIEVE THAT WITH WHAT CONSCIOUS THEY CHEAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT. JUST TO MAKE A FEW BUCKS THEY DON;T CARE IF SOMEONE;S CAR IS TOTALLY MESSED UP. THEY SEND OUT SO MANY MAILERS TO HOUSEHOLDS FOR THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. AFTER ALL THEY HAVE TO MAKE UP THE COST OF SENDING OUT THOSE MAILERS. SO MY ADVISE AGAIN IS DON'T GO TO THAT SHOP EVEN BY MISTAKE FOR ANY KIND OF REPAIRS. I GIVE THEM A -1 STAR RATING.

  AGAIN THEY ARE THE CHEATERS OF THE FIRST ORDER. ACTUALLY I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR RATING TO THEM. BECAUSE YOU CANNOT SHOW -1 STAR RATING SO I HAD TO GIVE RATING OF ONE STAR. THEREFORE, THEIR REAL RATING IS -1 STAR RATING.

  Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. As you will recall, after you checked your oil you returned to the store and asked our manager about the oil level. He showed you how the oil level was in the middle of the oil level indicators on the dipstick and then showed you in your owner's manual how the level of oil in your vehicle matches what the owner's manual says it should be.
