    This company is a big scam. Just taking money I’m convinced, I payed my rent on the 4th on February on time and they still tried to send me a evection 3 day noticed after the rent was paid on time. I called the office the person I spoke with try to lie and say it was for outstanding water bill but it clearly states on the paper it’s for unpaid rent. She still lied about it and tried to deny it at first. I also pay 300 on my outstanding water bill and she still tried to lie about the evection notice. You can’t send me letters like that if I paid my rent on time. Now I’m feeling like these people are playing games. Lying on my lease saying I didn’t make a payment when clearly I have receipts showing that I paid them on time and full. They even sent me a conformation receipt. Now they playing with my life sending me a fake evection notice saying I must be off my premises in 3 days. That’s a lie and that’s dead wrong and it’s scamming and stealing money. I gave 1059 for my rent and 300 on my water bill and you gone send me a evection notice threatening my living arrangements. Like I’m literally about to loose my mind over this house. I mentally can’t take this more Y’all got to be stopped. Stop trying to steal people money and scam people on their lease. Now I don’t wanna live here anymore cause I can’t trust these people with my money. This is so evil. **** ** ****** ***** **** *** ******** ******** ***** **** ** *********** ** *****

    Its a terrible company !!!!!!! I waited 2 months for a few rentals in Eastlake Ohio plus willowick they just don't give any respond to anything .......I've left 20 or so messages no response if they are renting or helping landlords rent they do a terrible job .......so I guess this Sara is the rental manager good grief ....She must be so busy doing nothing for their rentals she cannot even text ...call...nothing ......yes to put it into words slum lords ......... You guys need more training or close it down just awful customer service .........

    To simply put it they’re slum lords. When asked over the phone they didn’t even try to deny it. Upon move in the keys I was given did not work, and once we were finally able to get in 2+ hours later there was trash everywhere and the unit had not been cleaned as promised. Everything that came with the unit was broken as well which was not disclosed to me upon my tour and I was unable to test out any of the items since the power to the unit was off. This left me without a fridge, oven and ac unit. Now that it’s colder out the radiators broken as well as the company not providing heat to the living room. These slum lords could care less about their tenants and will do anything for a quick buck like not disclosing or fixing any issues with the unit. Another glaring issue from a lease holders prospective as well as a property owners prospective is the inability to care for and maintain their “nicer properties”. I guess their idea of fixing water damage is patching the area without fixing the root cause of the water damage. Odds are my wall needs gutter to remove the mold that is more than likely in my wall and to re-insulate the wall since water and insulation don’t mix. I was told this would be fixed, it hasn’t been. Another lovely safety hazard in the unit is the balcony railing isn’t secured properly and could lead to someone getting injured, again they’ve been made aware of this and have yet to fix it. No repair or fixes have even been made after the local inspector viewed the unit and sent over his findings. I would avoid these slum lords at all costs they will only rip you off and waste your time.
