      what a nightmare.I spent over 6 weeks working with **** ****** from CF banks. She was suppose to be getting me approved for a home mortgage that needed to be closed by march 17th 2025. After about 5 weeks she decided i wasn't approved for the loan that CF Banks had already pre-approved me for and wasn't able to get me the loan and told me to find another lender. I was dumb founded...why did i waste my time with the pre-approval if it didn't mean anything? I sought another lender, he says he thinks he can help so i get him going on it. Then *** informs me she could run my 2024 taxes to get my approved for the loan, so i have her do it. She tells me a few days later that it looks great and that i should be approved...then 5 minutes later texts me that she didn't know there was a 2nd building on the property and that they don't handle loans like that....i couldn't believe it. After almost 2 months working on this loan the lender didn't even do her due diligence to know what property type she was securing a loan for.I would NEVER recommend CF bank to anymore for any reason.

      Terrible bank - their IT system is terrible, LOAN servicing cannot be reached and they don't reply to your online questions thru the portal... and they applied my principal payments and charged interest, had to complain multiple times to get this corrected, it look many months to get this fixed.... I think, you guys just sell your institution to other banks and make the customers happy, you guys just can't run, this.... as soon as I get an opportunity to move out of this bank, will promptly do so... terrible terrible terrible, they just don't have an efficient IT system or CXO's don't know how to run the bank stuff... am going to reach them in linkedIN and leave reviews out there too...

      I recently had the pleasure of banking with CF Bank, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The customer service at CF Bank is truly outstanding. The team is not only knowledgeable but also goes above and beyond to assist with any queries or concerns. Working with a smaller bank makes the experiences much more personable and I truly enjoy that about them

      TERRIBLE financial institution with poor integrity. This bank has been absolutely horrible to deal with from day one. Every single month when I try to make a payment on our HELOC the system has me locked out and I have to call customer service to unlock and reset the password. This has caused me to pay extra daily interest every single month on my HELOC loan. In addition, when they were changing their platform nobody was able to transfer funds electronically and they didn't communicate this and there was no one to get ahold of that knew how to correct the problem. Then they charged me a late fee for being late. Once again, I am locked out of the online banking for no reason. Last month the customer service representative walked me all the way through the reset process and the login ID and password were the exact same as the ones I was trying. This has happened almost every month. I do not have this issue with any other financial institution. Furthermore, they were not applying my extra payments to principal and were applying it towards future payments without my consent. I wish there was a way to give them a half of a star only for the sweet customer service rep who took my call last month. I have written emails to their customer portal about my urgency to make a payment and it took them 3 weeks to respond to my plea for help. They also claim to take up to 5 days to process an EFT. I know this is not true, they are just using our funds to invest for longer periods.

      AVOID this institution!!! Terrible customer service going all the way up to Regional Manager ***** ******** I travel full time so use online banking exclusively. I have several institutions I bank with and this is the WORST! They gladly accept electronic funds and ACH but once your money is in their institution good luck getting it out! They charge you fees any way you look at it. They have a NO-CAN-DO attitude and you will have to research on your own Options how to access funds held in that bank and then point it out to them before you will get anywhere. Your money is either held hostage or you will pay $$ to access your money that is held in accounts there. Their advertising might look enticing but You won’t discover the difficulties until after you are a customer.
