  Friday a week ago my father went to the subway that is inside Walmart in Xenia Ohio. He has gone to the store many times and used coupons that are sent to him in the paper for this business to buy one get one free footlong sub sandwiches. When he went there this past Friday he asked which sandwiches could he use the coupon for and the person behind the counter said they aren't taking those coupons anymore even though it did not expire until well into february. He left frustrated without having any sensible lunch even though he is 85 and significantly handicapped. When I called back a day or two later once I heard the person I talked to said that the owner of that store has instructed all the workers to not take coupons anymore. Furthermore that some of the workers accept the coupons and some do not. There is nothing on the coupon that would indicate that this business should not accept this coupon as it is a Subway shop and the coupon is for subway. This is wildly unacceptable and furthermore I have tried to contact their corporate office about this and have been ignored with no response. The appropriate response to this situation is to take all Subway coupons without question as any non fraudulent business would do and furthermore to send my father a gift certificate for 10 free Subway footlongs. This is wildly unacceptable and can only bring bad luck and lack of success to this facility
