      I have now placed three orders with Burke decor. The first, a wallpaper order where I did not order enough wallpaper for my project, which is totally my fault. It took two month to arrive, which was irritating, but I was relieved to finally receive it. So, I talked to customer service about getting wallpaper in my next order from the same dye lot, which they confirmed they had in stock and was ready to ship. I ordered another $375 worth of wallpaper on September 12. It has now been nearly 3 months, and customer service has been absolutely no help. The First **** I talked to about the delay gave me a $100 giftcard for my trouble, which I used to buy a Pura and a nest linen spray. The Pura shipped the next day, and I recieved it less than a week later. The Nest Linen spray, however, has still not shipped nearly 5 weeks later. I have messaged customer service 3 times now in the last week or two, and it seems they are now ignoring me. I am incredibly irritated by their lack of transparency and integrity. I wish I could say they have been helpful in making the situation right, but the way they have handled these delays has only made me more irritated. Nearly 3 months is an insane amount of time to wait for wallpaper that I was reassured was in stock and ready to ship. Especially after the last lady I was able to get a hold of at the beginning of November told me that they would be here by the end of November. It is now December 3rd. I hope that their customer service team will make an effort to make this right, as I will now be telling everyone I know not to shop with them.

      I ordered 2 etageres on Oct 8, 2023. They were listed as in stock and ready to ship with a window of 1-2 weeks. I have repeatedly asked for updates by email and phone calls with no real information provided. They keep pushing back date. In the last several weeks they will not respond to my requests by email or phone. No one answers either, and I have left many voice messages. I have requested a cancellation and full refund, again no response. This has been a miserable situation and want a refund immediately. This is a lot of money to tie up and I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I request a refund and would love your help in this matter.

      I purchased a coffee press order number ****** for $85 on October 13th 2023.It was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. When the 2-3 weeks came we had to reach out to the company to see where the order was at and they said it would be delivered by the end of November. When the end of November came I reached out again and received no response. After not receiving any response for multiple days I looked into other reviews and have found that this is how they operate and how they treat almost all of their customers.

      I bought a desk from this website 3 weeks ago, and still have not received any tracking information or indication that they are planning on sending it at all - despite it being labeled ready to ship on their website. I tried to contact them via chat and they disappeared. I tried calling and got an unnamed voicemail. They took my money. This company seems to be a complete scam.

      I placed an order for a rug in the amount of $311 with Burke Decor on October 6th. I waited about 3 weeks without receiving a shipment notification so I messaged using their chat feature to follow up. They stated their warehouse was behind and stated to wait a few weeks. I told them I wanted to cancel my order which ended up taking multiple requests due to their inability to provide accurate information.They finally submitted a refund request. I hadnt received any information so I followed up on Nov 8th and they stated they lost my credit card information due to switching to a new finance company. They requested I submit my checking and routing number so they could issue a refund. 5-7 days for electronic, **** days for check. Since submitting Ive called multiple times, they keep extending the refund expectation timeline, and has no update of status. Order number ******.

      On 9/21/23, I ordered 6 rolls of ***************************** Swallows Wallpaper (Order#******) and was charged $1,290.00. On 10/10 I reached out because had not received a confirmation of order having been shipped. Told it was on track to ship in 1-2 weeks. On 11/1, after reaching out, was told my order had been delayed due to the printer having experienced an issue and that orders were expected to ship in 1-2 weeks. After no word, on Nov 14 I reached out to cancel the order. On Nov 17 Burke responded that the order had been cancelled, but that their finance **** no longer had original credit info from the purchase and could issue an *** credit in **** business days or a check in ***** days, all of which is unreasonably long and not within industry standards. i completed the *** information reluctantly as the entire experience seemed unprofessional. On Nov 20 they responded that they had just submitted the transaction that was set to be withdrawn from their account on Nov 21 with an ETA to my account of Nov 27. On Nov 29 I reached out to inform them that no *** had yet been received for my refund, nor did it show that it was pending. Further stated that this entire situation is unacceptable as they have had my funds since September ************************************************** the meantime, I had contacted a reputable wallcovering supplier to check on the status of getting the wallpaper I am needing to complete a project. With great customer service, they immediately responded to my inquiry, reached out to the manufacturer in ******* and were assured there are no issues and product could be shipped asap. Today is 12/1 and I have had no response from Burke on my email from the 29th and there is still no *** pending to my account. Could you please help me to get my refund. I have never had such a poor experience. Thank you.

      Amount was not refunded by company who did not do ACH within 14 business days nor after being threatened again with BBB complaint and escalating to Attorney General of **** did they do an ACH within 1-3 days.  After 3 months of run around we did a dispute with credit card company who immediately refunded us and was then going to deal with Burke.  Terrible experience with this company.  As a side note, have verified there eas never an issue with the printer on the wallpaper and we would have had within 2 weeks from ******* had we ordered from a reputable business.  Our project was delayed unnecessarily and put money was taken under false pretenses with no intention of shipping product or returning the money taken.

      I placed an order Sept 23rd (#******) and followed up on Sept 30th when I saw that it hadnt shipped. Their website said it would ship within 2 days. **************** told me their inventory was damaged so they had to wait for more to arrive. They said it would ship w/in **** business day. When it did not, I followed up again and was given the updated shipping estimate of end of October. At this point I requested a refund. They told me the order was successfully cancelled and called to get my credit card info for the refund. Apparently so much time had passed since I placed the order they no longer had my credit card info. They assured me it would be done in **** business days. It didnt so I followed up and was told to fill out an online form again, providing my credit card information. I did so and have yet to receive a refund. Further more, their ****** reviews were so bad that theyve actually removed their business and theyve disabled comments on their social media accounts in an attempt to prevent customers from warning others. Please take action and protect other consumers from falling victim to their fraudulent activity.

      I placed an order on July 6, 2023 for (8) art books and a *********************** pillow cover. All items showed in stock and my order totaled $156.00. I received (2) books quickly and eventually the green pillow cover. After 3 months of their customer service promising me that the remainder of my order was shipping soon I was finally able to get them to cancel my order. However, to date, this company has not refunded my money. They still owe me $90.00 for books that were never received. I have attempted for month to get them to refund my money, they promise to, and then they do not refund the money. I am filing this complaint as this company is a scam and they taking money from consumers.

      They said they would send a check on 12/6.  I still have not received anything.  I reached out on 12/21 and again on 1/7 and still have not received a response back nor a check for the refund for product I paid for and never received.
