      I placed 2 orders with **** decor on 8-16-2023, first order was for the ***** Bath vanity gold leaf with faucet for $3,285.00, including white glove service. I also purchased the ******************* Coffee table for $1, ******, including white glove service as well. White glove service for both was $298.00. I then under separate purchase number ordered the ***** end table on 8-16/2023 for $799.00. Total payment to **** decor was $ 5, ******! All items were advertisied as in stock and ready to ship. Thus far, I have not received any of the purchased items, as well as I have not been provided an update regarding the orders. I sent an email to **** decor as they can not be reached by phone. I also reached out via **** decor chat with no successful response. I was recommended to this furniture company by my interior designer and I;m very disappointed and need my money back for false advertisment and not delivering the merchadise but taking my money. I will pursuit with ******** Attorney general to take appropriate action and I will also *** to get my funds returned. This is not a good business and appears to be a scam organization

      I ordered a rug from Burke Decor on July 21, 2023, for $1,915 USD (Order No. ******). Their website states the rug is in stock and will ship in 3-5 days. This has been false advertising and every time I check the status of my order, customer service responds to me with "The warehouse has informed us that they are experiencing delays in lead time due to an influx of orders. Rest assured that your order will be shipping to you as soon as possible!". I continuously follow-up to understand when I can expect the shipment of the rug and I get no response. Despite me never receiving this rug, their website still states it is in stock and it ships in 3-5 days. Which is clearly not true.       I ordered a rug on 8/8, on their website it said "ready to ship" and "will ship in 3-5 business days". I reached out on 8/18 because the ordered still didnt ship. 4 days later on 8/22/23 they replied and said "on track to ship in 3-5 business days". it is 8/31/23 and nothing. hasnt shipped. no update. so ive emailed again...probably wont get a response for 4 days....i tried finding a phone number all they have is the email that takes 4 days to get a stupid automated response of its on track to ship...********. no phone number cant speak to a person its either wait 4 days for an email, wait and see whenever your item shows up, or try and chat with a bot. its insane seems like a scam company or something? how do you not have customer service phone number.

      I have attached an email from TODAY from Burke Decor saying my item will be shipped late September. its been a month today. it has not been delivered. i talk about a RUG in my complaint and that order has a table so not sure where this is getting confusing but I WANT MY ITEM OR I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

      On August ****************************************** stock and ready to ship within **** days. On the 10th day (august 28) the order was still "unfulfilled" and so I reached out to customer support via email and chat. I received no email in response, but the customer service agent via chat said she she emailed the warehouse and I would hear back in 1-2 days. That was 4 days ago and I have still not heard anything and the order is still unfulfilled. I would like to cancel the order.

      I purchased a $210 Tomorrowland Baobab candle on August 4 for a birthday gift. It is now August 31 - 27 days later and no candle and no information on shipping. Attempts to contact the business are unsuccessful - no phone number, the chat function is automated and not a real person and emails also generate an automated response. I paid with a CC from *********** through paypal. I have now filed complaints with both.Order # ****** ************ needs to be investigated. Numerous reviews on ****** state the same issue has happened with a lot of other consumers. How can this company continue to operate this way?I am asking for a full refund to be processed immediately.

      I cancelled an order and asked my account to be credited. They explained in an email it would take **** business days. We are now beyond 14 business days and they will not respond to my emails or voicemails I have left with them to explain what the holdup for the credit is.

      -06/30/23- I placed an online order with Burke Decor (www.burkedecor.com), Order #****** for a rug (8x10 ********************************* Blue&Tan Rug x1 $254.10), which noted it would ship late "July 2023". -On 8/3/23 I sent an email inquiry re: rug/shipment status, I received an auto response email stating client service would reach out. I did receive a timely response from client services email stating the correct rug was "on track to ship in 1-2 weeks" and I'd receive an email when shipped.
