I purchased my recliner from coconis furniture in zanesville ohio,it has always been hard to retract from the reclining position.as i reclined it it made a loud noise,and sank down on one side and would not retract anymore.upon further inspection i found the metal frame had broke in half.it has not been abused,and i have not owned it very long for this type of damage to take place.i would like a repair or replacement.Business response

0N 9/6/2021 I BOUGHT A FOUR PIECE SECTIONAL FROM COCONIS FURINTURE AT 4 SOUTH MAYSVILLE AV. A FOUR PIECE LOVESEAT IN ZANESVILLE OHIO FOR $2,000 DOLLARS. WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS I CONTACTED THE STORE AND TOLD THEM THEIR WAS A ISSUE WITH THE THEY ARM ON LOVESEAT. MODEL #*******. THE ARM KEEPS CAVING IN WHEN YOU PUT PRESSURE ON AND MAKES A THUMPING NOISE.AS IT CONTINUED TO GET WORSE I CONTACTED A MANAGER FIRST NAME ****** AND THEY SENT A REP OUT THAT CONFIRMED TO US THAT THERE WAS STRUTUAL DAMAGE AND HE WOULD REPORT IT TO MANAGER WITH PICTURES.0N 3/14/22 WE GOT A CALL ON 3/21/22 SAYING ALL THEY WOULD REPLACE WAS THE CUSHION.. THEY SAIL THEY CONTACTED MANUFACTURER AFTER A WEEK AND THEY SAID,IT WAS NORMAL.AFTER ALL OUR ATTEMPTS FOR RES0LUTION I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY HELP FROM THIS COMPANY. MY SECTIONAL ,WE I RECIEVED ACTUAL DELIVERY IN SEPT. IS FALLING APART AFTER ONLY A FEW MONTHS. WE HAVE ASKED TO TALK WITH OWNER OR HIGHER MANAGER AND ALL WE HEAR IS WE ARE SORRY. AFTER MANY YEARS BUYING FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE BUSINEES. ALL I WANT IS THAT PIECE OF FURINTURI REPLACED OR A NEW SECTIONAL. THE MANGER I SPOKE WITH DID SAY THEY WOULD PICK IT UP AND FIX IT BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY COST TO DO IT.THEY DO ADVETISE A HAPPINESS GUARANTEE.
