  Date of transaction: 8/8/2022 Amount paid to the business: $7,825 Business committed to provide: Install 6 piers poured concrete with 8 x 16 block leveled in wet concrete Install 24 4 x 6 treated beams Scab or sister 5 2 x 8 treated joist Install 6 piers in back corner Install 20 2 x 8 base plate under beam Remove and replace 5 sheets ply board treated + joists that are rotten Install moisture barrier Install 4 piers in kitchen area and 2 8 beams Install *************************************** back corner Install 3 sheets ply board in hallway ***************** did not complete the work contracted, left huge holes in the floor which caused rodents and bugs to enter the home. Work that was promised to be completed in 2-4 days was not complete after over 3 months company did not level the home or fix the the foundation issues and caused additional problems crews and company left worksite trash and materials in the front yard, under the home and did not dispose of it like contracted I gave the company many opportunities over 3 months to address the issues which I brought to the owner immediately in writing and was never resolved owner tried changing the price of work contracted and did not complete what was written in bids crews hit an electrical wire which we had to have repaired at our cost work was patched multiple times, which left materials chopped and screwed together, floors buckling and huge gaps between boards crews destroyed new boards, plywood and other materials we paid for with inadequate tools (using hand saw to cut boards which required table saws) and took chunks out of walls by hitting boards down instead of cutting to size crews did not secure wood, there were load bearing walls with no support which caused major wall damage piers set in concrete have crumbled as they did not set the base or block level delays in contracted time caused financial burdens and required us to extend costly rentals

  ***** has been in and out of hospital for last 4 months he gonna probably loose his leg he had a horrible car wreck and I'll let him know we're sorry but he will get everything figured

  Hello, I tried to respond via website but it would not send and said there was no action required by me at this time, but the letter stated I had 5 days to reply. 

   

  I do not accept the ridiculous reply provided by the business. ***** gave me numerous excuses why he couldnt show up, finish or do the work as contracted for nearly a year!

  The same man who is supposedly going to lose his leg and is unable to work is able to post ads to solicit work all month of August! He is a scam artist, accepts jobs and performs shoddy work or simply doesnt care to complete his end of a contract.

  I gave ******************* multiple opportunities to complete the work correctly for months and he didnt. He always has excuses but had no problem taking my money and destroying my home.

   I had bad car wreck and have also been trying to work with them but I can't do anything till I'm healed I tried to go back to work 3 weeks ago got my wound infected it's 10cm deep and 8 wide from massive hemotomin and about died I. In wound care and will take care of them as soon as ******* I apologize I'm doing all I can

  Work was done on 3/30/23 $7,500 for foundation, French drains, and 6X18 patio. Foundation - I asked them to put 4x6 under the sinking beam of the house, they did not. House shifted horribly within months. They came back out and only patched subfloor and blamed me for not notching the bathroom subfloor and that caused it to moveI had them bust up the concrete patio since there were two pools of water near the house. Texture wasnt even. When they busted it up, rebar wasnt even in the concrete. French drains are not dont properly and have to redo them. They didnt dig far enough, dirt is getting in them. Heard their guys saying all the piers sank because they didnt let the concrete cure. Heard their guys say I told them we needed a pier here where its at the lowest. They said warranty is good for a year, but they wont come back out. Ive been waiting 3 weeks and they keep pushing me out. Very unprofessional, dont do things correct, never arrive when they say they will. ***** uses Christianity to build trust. The worst $7,500 I ever wasted. And hiring another company to fix it again. Please remove their A+ rating. This is part of the reason I chose them.
