I bought a ram 2500 2023 at this dealership in November 2024. A week after owning it a check engine light came on. I took it to another dealership and they had nothing but bad things to say about the way it was serviced at patriot. They installed the wrong engine filter. I paid $260 to have a new engine filter installed. I reached out to patriot and ******** about this, because they assured me the whole thing would be serviced and topped off before the sale took place. They agreed to reimburse me the $260 and then stopped answering my calls or giving me any info. The salesman wont pick up the phone. After a couple of weeks, I reached out again for an update and the salesman told me it was a courtesy that they serviced it and Its part of buying a used vehicle. Was very rude on the phone. This is how they treat you after you have already signed the papers. The sales manager refuses to take my calls and I am left in the dark and my family is $260 less over Christmas. I was told the accounting office wont respond and everyone keeps saying theyll figure it out and get back to me. Then a couple more days go by and I have to try calling again. No updates. They treat you like youre a bother. Had to explain the story to multiple people, theres no internal communication. I dont know what is going on, or where my money is. They wont give me contact info to the corporate office or **. They said i cant talk to the ** over $260, as if its not important enough. Ive waited weeks, I didnt want to write a review. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right and am met with bad attitudes. Completely unprofessional. Id never recommend this place if they cant get the small stuff right.

I bought a 2019 Ram 2500 in June of 2024, after sixty days and my temp tag going to expire. I had not got my title. I talked to them about it, they gave me another temp tag (Against Oklahoma Law), after another sixty days my tag was set to expire again still no title. I went to talk with them again, Oklahoma law changed then so they could not give me another sixty day temp tag. They gave me a dealer tag (Against Oklahoma Law). In November I got my title, they said, I had 60 sixty to register my vehicle. Well now on December 10th, 2024 a ***** ****** sent me a message, later stating they was going to report the tag stolen if not returned soon. This is not right, I did not have sixty days from date on title to get my vehicle registered like they said.

This was handled the customer was given a check to pay for his TTL and apologized for the time it took to get his title.

My trade-in, a 2004 ***** Silverado 2500HD with ******* miles on it, was received from Patriot as a trade-in as well as 600 dollars cash on 10/9/2024. Patriot of McAlester Advertised the their truck as ****** but on contract used ****** and exaggerated my income to 7000 monthly to get approval for lending, asking me to lie in order to make a sale; to lie during my welcome interview with Foresight and be a party to fraud. I would have never done the deal if I had known it was under false pretense. My trade in was sold by them, before the lending could be gained under false pretense. So, I was scammed into signing away my truck by claiming I was pre-approved using false income to obtain financing. Then when I refused to be a party to the fraudulent scam the District Manager of the company on day 20(the last day for a dealer to legally forfeit a deal in the state of Oklahoma if financing cant be secured). Furthermore, the contract was breached per promise of dealership agreement Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement spot delivery form, signed by both, customer and dealer, which states that the dealer agrees to retain in storage any trade in vehicle until the sale is complete. Had I owed money on the vehicle, the vehicle would have never been sold and returned to its owner but because there was not a lien on my truck. They gave back the trade in value they gave me (well below book value price) when the law clearly states in ********, return of the trade in value, or book value, or trade in shall be given, whichever is greatest. The first contract with Foresite, although signed, never went through; to void the contract the dealership called Foresight to say an error had occurred and numbers were entered incorrectly by them [Patriot], ********* agreed to cancel the contract. The second contract with **************** never got signed before the ** withdrew the deal after I refused to lie about my income, again. My 5200-dollar truck now is $500! Why is this not a Crime?

7/26/24 bought used 2023 *****. Paid $4000 down, and bought as is. Also paying ************* Portfolio One. Financed through ********. Owe over $30,000.Drove 1 mile from dealership and car started to die. It had an immediate loss of power, then went into limp mode and a check engine light came on. Went straight back to dealership. Service manager and tech told me code was random misfire. They said it was due to old gas because the car had been sitting for 3 months. Said put fresh gas in and all should be well. It is now 11/3 and still can not drive the car without it malfunctioning. Car sat for approx 1 week before I needed it to drive to work. Same malfunction occurred. Contacted dealership told them still a problem. Was told to take car to ***** dealership. ***** ***** kept car for 2 weeks, charged $800, said they couldn't find problem. Took car to a Miata specialist, Zoom Performance. They thought problem was an intake manifold vacuum leak, repaired and updated the tune. **** was $765. The car is still not repaired, has same problem. The tuner company told the specialty shop this was an ongoing problem and previous owner and dealership should have been aware of it. Sent email updates to dealership. Received 1 response from salesman trying to sell me another car. Most phone calls result with person I need to speak to not being available and no one calls back. Attempted calls and texts to previous owner, no response.Have not been able to register car. I am on the second and last allowed temp. plate. Title has Power of Attorney signature, my tax office will not accept. General manager of the dealership said he would look into it. When and if that gets taken care of I will have to pay over $2000 in taxes to register car. Can not afford to pay the taxes, make payments, pay insurance, and pay repair bills for a car that can not be driven. I need to know what my options are that will not result in more financial loss and repercussions to my credit.Thank you.

SENDING CONSUMER 765 FOR SOME WORK DONE ON THE VEHICLE AFTER IT WAS SOLD. TALKED TO HIM TODAY AND LET HIM KNOW THAT WE WOULD BE CLOSING OUT COMPLAINT AFTER THAT HE SAID THANK YOU WILL UPLOAD THE MONEY THAT IS BEING SENT TO THE CONSUMER.

      Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:  I appreciate the offer of reimbursement for some of the repair cost. However, the car is still not fixed. My intention when I purchased the car was to drive it. I am making monthly payments and paying insurance for a car to sit in my driveway.  I need Patriot to repair the car or give me a refund or an exchange. I understand the car was bought without a warranty. However, I believed I was buying a newer vehicle from a reputable dealership and that they would not sell a vehicle for $30,000 that had a major issue. I am almost out of time in regards to registering the vehicle. No progress has been made towards the title issue. I also can not and will not pay over $2000 in taxes for a car that is not drivable. It is becoming increasingly difficult to justify the monthly payments as it is. Thank you.

      Customer Answer

I wanted to clarify that Patriot did call me about the check, in fact I received 3 different calls from different people. However, I was driving down the highway on my way to work out of town each time the calls came in and told the callers this.  When I responded to the caller with an okay it was not in agreement to their offer or in agreement with  them wanting to close the case. It was to acknowledge  that I heard what they were saying. It should have been obvious that was not the time or place to discuss the matter. I tried to call them back a short time later but could not reach them and I have yet to receive a response to leaving a message asking them to call me back.

On July 29, 2024 I purchased a vehicle from Patriot Hyundi In ************ ok. According to the mailed advertisment that prompted me to go to the sale, the company offered several inticements to make a purchase during this promotion, one of them being a $500 ***************** gift card. After the sale I waited several weeks for the title from the state to get my tags, only to discover that there was a lien against the vehicle from the auction where it was bought. I was informed by a company representative that they would issue me another dealers tag until that detail could be worked out and I would receive the title, tax and tag allotment and the gift card in the mail. I did receive the title and the allotment about 2 weeks later, but no gift card. I have been back to the dealership and called them NUMEROUS times the last 3 weeks and have been told it's in the mail., but still no gift card

On 09/25/2024, myself and wife engaged in conversation with Patriot Auto group **********, ** location. We were interested in purchasing a full size SUV. We agreed upon a price for a PRE-OWNED 2022 ****** Armada SL 4WD 4D Sport Utility VIN: ***************** STOCK: PM5714 On 9/25 We gave approval for a credit report to be obtained. Shortly after I started receiving alerts stating that my credit report had been reviewed. Morning of the 26th I received additional alerts that my credit report had been viewed. In the afternoon the deal was almost reached it was discovered that the vehicle was not available for delivery as it had been in an accident and currently at the body shop and would not be available for 2 weeks. Upon further investigation it was discovered the vehicle was in an additional significant accident previously. Neither accident was disclosed prior to running our credit reports. The dealership then proceeded to have our credit inquired on 8 times within a 24 hour period. These misleading internet statements have no information upon vehicles involved in accidents. Dealership staff only made us aware of accident when unable to produce the vehicle for delivery.

Last Wednesday, I went to buy a car at Patriot Auto in ********. They were all nice and willing to work with me and it felt good. When I got back to the finance department, they revealed why. I was told my down payment of 2000$ was going to be fine for a loan when in reality, they were going to lie the lien holder and tell them that I was putting down 4800$. And they had assured me that I WAS NOT paying for a warranty. After this I signed the papers not knowing what I was doing. When I got home that night my friends and family told me that what Patriot was doing was fraud. I didnt feel comfortable with them committing fraud with my vehicle so I went back up ASAP. This wasnt until a few days later. When I went back up they cleared everything up and tried to reassure me that what I was doing was not exactly fraud. They continued to tell me that I was paying for a 3000$ warranty! This was not okay but I still went home with the car. I sought out more advice from a lawyer and others. They said that they have to give me my money back if they were committing fraud. They claim to have a check for me in 24 hours for my original 2000$ but will not provide any paperwork or assurance that I will actually get my money back.

March 27, 2024 I bought a car from Patriot Auto Group. The advertised price was $36,400.00. I gave them $20,000.00 cash down and had a trade in for $3,000.00. The contract was not gone over with us. I got home and looked at the contract and noticed they had put $43,333.00 as the sales price. I had my husband call the next day and the guy told him all the maintenance like changing all the fluids, detailing it etc. costs money so that's added to the sales price. And that the computer refreshes every morning and the price you see online may not be the price when you get here. He also said something about it saving us money in the long run. None of this made any sense to me. I got an email from I think the sales manager asking about my experience and to reply to the email if there were any issues. I replied. I have not heard back from him. Our credit reports were hit 7 times which have caused our credit scores to go down. And we have to pay taxes on the $43,333.00 not $36,400.00 so they didn't do us any favors in the long run. I think they raised the price because of the cash I put down.

I was not here at the time the original transaction took place; however, when Mr. and ********************* had reached out to me, I looked into the paperwork personally and saw all the paperwork with these numbers were signed by all parties involved in this transaction. Afterwards we came to an agreement of a $3,000 check to which Mr. and ********************* appreciated.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 08/13/2024

I am rejecting this response because:   there is still a $4000.00. discrepancy. As stated in the text messages between my husband and *** ********* We were not given the option of $2000.00 Key or $2000.00 wheel replacement coverage. Its an optional cost that was written into the contract without our knowledge or permission.

Everyone that was involved in this transaction has been fired. *** ******** himself said these employees business/sales tactics were shady.

We were appreciative of the $3000.00 that we received. But that was for the taxes and title fees that were added to the contract. And *** ******** said that's all he could do.

The advertised sales price was $36,000. The $3000.00 for tax and title and the $4000.00 on optional coverage that was added without our consent adds up to the overage

Purchased 2017 *** ******** in November 2023, have had problems with the front end, and especially the steering column shaking extremely bad at 65 mph, and when I brake it gets worse. Took it to the dealership numerous times, November, December, with no communication from *************************, technician. He stated in December, he couldn't get the car to replicate what I said it was doing, I finally started recording it. I forwarded the video to Patriot, and they "fixed" the problem, but it's not. Took it to Same Day Auto Repair in ********, found out Patriot had "refinished the rotors" instead of replacing them. Patriot also claimed in could be the tires, purchased 4 new tires, had them aligned, it still shaking. Took it to Patriot in *****, they couldn't figure it out either, took it to ******************, they couldn't figure it out. It appears it is the drive shaft, and now we have to get that looked into because Patriot can't be out any more $$ on this car, however, we purchased a $3,000.00 contract warranty. Not sure what steps we need to take next on this, it's unsafe to drive the car at times. Numerous people including Auto Zone and Mid-Town *** states its dangerous to drive, but it's my only form of transportation. The contract we signed also states getting an arbitrator, not sure how to handle this, please advise.
