I had PMH install a pergola in April 2021. I had contacted them a couple of times originally about the polycarbonate leaking, they came out once, but it did not fix completely. Recently, the polycarbonate has been cracking and lifting from what appears to be inadequate fasteners used on installation. PMH's website declares warranty on the polycarbonate ranging from 3 years to lifetime. I contacted them about a warranty claim (it took several weeks to get a response). When someone finally came out, they did not dispute the damage or inadequate fasteners, but said the "polycarbonate company" was no longer in business and therefore I had no warranty. I requested a copy of my warranty statement. I did not receive one after multiple requests. I visited their ******* location last week and requested a copy in person and was told they would get me one (I did not receive a copy, explanation or any communication follow up). On 10/23/2023 I sent another email expressing my continued displeasure in lack of communication and that I expected a follow up and warranty statement/explanation of why I was not covered by end of business 10/24/2023. I received an email on 10/23/2023 assuring me I was not being ignored and that I would have the information requested on 10/24/2023. I have received no follow up or explanation. At this point, I only have the warranty information on their website to base my assessment on, which indicates my damage should be covered.
