If I could rate them a zero I would. Seemed very eager in the beginning to do the job...in constant contact during the building process. Paid up front for the materials to get ordered then had to delay a few times due to weather and the grading being delayed for the sprinkler and fence. Came in September and did the fence and half the sprinkler system. Said they would be back. 6 months later, nothing. Ignores phone calls and texts - the only response i ever get is if i call him out on Facebook. They didn't attach the new fence to the existing fence so our puppies kept escaping. One gate is unusable and won't open. They didn't trim the metal off the top. It is uneven. They tried to charge us an extra $4000 with no notice for "digging" except they used a $150 harbor freight tool instead of renting heavy equipment that would justify the cost. The fences don't line up on either side of the detached garage and the double gate wasn't put where we asked it to be. There are sprinkler heads and lines unburied and the system never hooked up. So we paid thousands of dollars for a system we can't even use. STAY AWAY. Hayden is rude and threatening and the "quality guarantee" is a joke. The quality is nonexistent and their customer service abysmal. I even checked several references so don't let that fool you.
