    On September 5th, I pre-ordered pizza for a birthday party scheduled for September 9th. I placed the order through the Little Caesars app. I screen shot when I submitted the order, as the information confirmed I had placed it for delivery on September 9th. The pizza actually arrived on September 6th, not the 9th. My husband was home and took the pizza thinking I had ordered it for a work and accidentally delivered it to the house or something. He called me and I called the Little Ceasars store right away. I called two or three times in a row. No answer, no answering machine. I called the delivery customer service number and they put in an escalation for review, and stated she will let them know I still need pizza on Saturday. She confirmed my order will be re-delivered Saturday September 9th at 11:15ish. I called the delivery customer service line again yesterday, Friday September 8th, to confirm that my pizza will arrive on the 9th and I don't need to do anything further. I was assured my pizza was set to be delivered the next morning. The pizza never came. I called the store and they has no idea what I was talking about. I was instructed to call customer service again. I did that, and was told that "they didn't respond to the escalation so you won't be refunded". I didn't need a refund, I need my pizzas. She said that they had no way on their end of arranging redeliveries, so the first two representatives were..wrong? Lying? Regardless, the order didn't arrive. I called the store again and no one answered. My husband went in person to get the pizzas. The GM refused to make the order and then also refused to refund my money. I called the police. It took police information to get a refund for THEIR mistake. When the GM was shown the confirmation screen shot with September 9th, she said, "I don't care what that says. I'm not giving you a refund." In the confirmation email i received, the order details showed that the delivery date was June 9th. It's September...
