  Mullin plumbing put a whole new sewer line in at my house! I had problems off and on after. I thought it was the toilet paper! Tried so many! Never use the garbage disposal. I hate complaining! My mistake was not calling right away. Had to call another service to unclog it he had a terrible time finding how it drained. Took pictures and it was installed backwards. Four years went by and clog after clog called mullin they said it was broken and left with out unclogging it! What a mess as it flows back to my house. They want to charge me almost 5000$ to fix their mistake! Never complained but they buried the old pipe in the ground by the new one and left a huge mess in my yard! I am very upset as it is clogged right now! I guess they dont have to work with me and sure enough they are not!

  DO NOT HIRE THEM: They did a terrible job on my partial drain re-pipe. They left lines that leak that they installed new, left a leak in my washer drain in the wall, placed the toilet opening too close to the wall to install a toilet, then had to dig out the slab again to move it. Then they put me on their "do not service list" and left me with three openings in my slab to repair myself (including the one at the toilet). This is just a partial list. I wrote a long complaint but BBB never posted it.

  They did unclog drain but left a mess of roots in back yard that I had to clean up.

  Tried to charge $2,100.00 to fix a water leak. It cost me $500.00 to fix from another company. Mullin caused $12,000.00 in damage to my wood floors by turning off the wrong water meter. The plumber left and refused to come back minutes later after we reported are water is still on. I was out of town and my 81 year old mother was left not knowing what to do until the next morning.

  Requested an HVAC tech to connect new mini splits indoor units and charge the system. After 4.5 hours and $630 in charges, the Freon leaked out of the system in 8 days. Initial charge was $792 but found discounts after tech left. Reduced charge to $630. Hired another hvac company to find and resolve the issue for another $400. All I am asking for is the labor cost that was charged to be refunded. That amount is $300. I sent an email to Mullins and 2.5 weeks later still no response.

  We were recently dropped from the platinum plan. We had paid in close to 3k in 5 1/2 years. We received less than 1k of parts and service during that time. We lost 2k and the company refuses to offer any type of reasonable refund. We would expect something fair in return. Mullin Plumbing is a business trying to make a profit like any other company. That is understood. However, there is a fine line between profit and ripping off your customers.
