      Charged me to replace two or three grids in a DE swimming pool filter. Period after they were replaced we had leak by unfortunately one of his men got put in the hospital for a week or two and another guy took his place. The guy told me I had breakthrough I said yes I know its happened ever since you guys replaced the filter element. I let them go due to a dog problem which nobody else my yard people have no problem with this little dog. Hes a little weenie dog anyway got a new pool person and they pulled the filter part and had to replace three of the grids in the DE filter . Long story short had to pay two companies to get it right and *****. The owner will not even talk to me about anything very dissatisfied. He is very unprofessional with his customers. He said he would give me a refund on the remaining services, which I have yet to see .

      THEY DESIGNED AND BUILT ME A BEAUTIFUL POOL WITH A OUTDOOR KITCHEN UNIT. THE DESIGNER IS VERY GOOD IN WHAT HE DOES AND A VERY GOOD LISTENER THE LEE FAMILY

      This company is full of excuses and has terrible customer service. They charged my credit card $700 for service they have yet to complete.

      HORRIBLE, worst customer experience Ive ever had. Literally choose any other company to build your pool. They dont communicate, they did a horrible job, pool control panel caught on fire cannot get them to call me back.
