Charged me to replace two or three grids in a DE swimming pool filter. Period after they were replaced we had leak by unfortunately one of his men got put in the hospital for a week or two and another guy took his place. The guy told me I had breakthrough I said yes I know its happened ever since you guys replaced the filter element. I let them go due to a dog problem which nobody else my yard people have no problem with this little dog. Hes a little weenie dog anyway got a new pool person and they pulled the filter part and had to replace three of the grids in the DE filter . Long story short had to pay two companies to get it right and *****. The owner will not even talk to me about anything very dissatisfied. He is very unprofessional with his customers. He said he would give me a refund on the remaining services, which I have yet to see .

THEY DESIGNED AND BUILT ME A BEAUTIFUL POOL WITH A OUTDOOR KITCHEN UNIT. THE DESIGNER IS VERY GOOD IN WHAT HE DOES AND A VERY GOOD LISTENER THE LEE FAMILY

This company is full of excuses and has terrible customer service. They charged my credit card $700 for service they have yet to complete.

HORRIBLE, worst customer experience Ive ever had. Literally choose any other company to build your pool. They dont communicate, they did a horrible job, pool control panel caught on fire cannot get them to call me back.

Go spend your hard earned money with a business that will truly treat you like the customers. We had our pool built by these people thinking they were the right choice, only it has turned out to be our worst headache. They lack communication skills and come off very rude and disrespectful. Their timelines are made up and controlled by the builder who will give you every excuse as to why something hasnt been done. The project took longer than expected even though we were paid up and it wasnt until I threatened to go to military lawyers that the pace picked up. The equipment they use is not updated as you can get a better pumps with more than one speed that helps with utilities. Were now having trouble getting them to come fix water leak on the cleaner pump and theyre making excuses as to why they cant make it. We had an appointment set for weeks and now another few weeks. Im sure theyll have new excuses ready. We will make sure we get the word of mouth out that this business will not do right by you and to save anyone else our horrible experiences with these folks.

I have been using them for over two years for my pool service and the pool is never really clean. It cost $300+ per month. I spent this past weekend filling up my pool because they left the cleaner out and I wasnt home causing my yard to flood, my water **** will be $150 more and then my pool stopped working. This is due to my filters being clogged. In less than 40 degree weather, I had to power wash the filters. They seem nice enough but what an expensive and terrible experience. Wish I could post the pictures.

Some of the most unprofessional people Ive ever dealt withVery poor communication. And poor quality of work.did not perform their end of the maintenance contract.
