            First: I waited 2 months for the plumbing issue, light in my bedroom (that is still not fixed), and yellow jackets in my house (still not fixed but I got bug spray from the maintenance guys). I had several floods in my house for a few months and nothing was being done because no one wanted to dig to get to the pipes. I had to go several weeks without water. I finally got fixed but the hole sunk in deep and I ended up filling the hole with soil. ***** had come out several times while this was getting looked at. Again it finally got fixed but took 2 months from September 2020 to November 2020.Second: I had mold in both of my bathrooms from the walls to the baseboards. The guest bedroom had pipes that were not clasped together tightly from the shower causing a huge leak from the floors (tiles), baseboards, and walls. The master bathroom had a leak caused from the toilet not being sealed properly. Again I got this house and it was completely renovated. This was from the people that installed/remodeled this property before I purchased this home. It took 6 weeks to get this completed. There were holes in the sheetrock for over a month, no one was getting back to me, the maintenance guys were randomly showing up at my house on the wrong days or not even showing up at all, one maintenance guy lied saying that we told him to leave early, and lastly they just painted over the mold from the baseboards to the walls and did not even fix the tiles that needed to be fixed (I have provided pictures on the baseboards and tiles that were not fixed at at all. I have been sick for several months and have gone to the doctor due to the mold issue and I have had constant nose bleeds everyday. I have also requested the mold above the kitchen sink to be fixed at this point and had pointed this out to several of the maintenance people that have come over.
