- Additional Info:"On January 6th, 2025, EF5 Tornado Shelters came to the attention of BBB. At this time the BBB received several complaints with quality issues concerning the structural integrity of the tornado shelters including problems such as leaking and improper installation and customer service issues concerning lack of responsiveness and delays in addressing issues. As of March 19th, 2025, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. All phone numbers, websites, emails, and fax numbers are disconnected, and all postal mail communications are returned to sender. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or The Attorney General of Oklahoma.
