      Kept Changing their mind if they would do business with me. My 91 year old crackpot neighbor tried to drag him into a private property line issue. Then shouted at me and refused to do business with me. They didn't even know what a cashiers check was. Cost me 3 hours at 4 banks to cancel the check and move my funds around. I ended up with a migraine and now I have an air conditioner with exposed wires that may catch fire. Showed up twice in one day and tool the crack pot nosey neighbor who actually started a screaming cussing match this drew out 6 cars full of neighbors and the City of Tulsa Police. I guess customer service is not a priority for them. I tried to pay them a cashiers check for $9800 and they refused to do business with me. I guess a woman's cash is nothing compared to a lunatic neighbor. I had to go to court with the police to get a restraining order and now I have to hire a contractor to pour a concrete fence all around my property.

      The day of the install they were at my home at time specified. All installers were courteous, worked well together.Installed the new a/c and furnace, but had to correct some install oddities of the previous furnace. But did all work efficiently and left it looking so much better than before. Cleaned up mess and disposed of old equipment.Over all exceptionally pleased with installers and new equipment. ????????

      Super friendly and priced to please! They came out same day and fixed my heater. Showed me the problem and had the part on the truck.

      I was informed that my air compressor on my a/c unit was not working and would need replacement with either a compressor with a 1-year warranty would be anywhere from $3200-$4800 or a whole new HVAC unit at around $10,000-$12,000. After talking with both the technician and owner I declined to move forward without another quote. The new company replaced a FUSE and serviced/cleaned and my a/c is running like a charm. I feel Innovative Air Pros were attempting to take advantage of a single, senior citizen. I'm outraged!
