      After I send back forms back I receive a phone call from an employee in the underwriting department named ******. The first couple times that I took out loans I never had to speak with her but after the first time that we spoke and since which was sometime in about 2010 she calls me for every regular thing that has to do with my account. Whether it's making a payment or returning a call or underwriting or anything she has to be a part of the process of my loan and I just find it very uncomfortable demanding. So much so that I have been trying to take out a loan for a year and the other two times that I tried to take out a loan I canceled the loans because she called wanting to talk to me about it. I just tell her I changed my mind and I don't think I should have to tell her to her face to stop calling me and to let somebody else process the deposit of the loan. She knows within seconds every time I apply for a loan using my account. I don't think it's a good idea because it doesn't exhibit that she is a team player and comes across as controlling. When somebody cannot let another co-worker handle work and tries to keep certain customers to themselves. I have let her process multiple loans but it's just to the point I feel like she exhibits type of employee ownership over my account and I want that to stop I do not want any one employee having my account are knowing every time I take out a loan and feeling like they have the right to call me and tell me that they are in charge of my account. It is part of the experience to be able to have a new and fresh start with a representatives and not feel like they are in my personal space. So I just took out a loan 5 minutes ago I know it was immediately forwarded to her. I have been instructed that if she tries to call me although I have canceled two loans on her and have tried to make it clear to her that if asking her to have another person call me instead of her it does not work that I can call and report her.

      How nice of the business to finally respond to my BBB complaint 5 and 1/2 months after it was made. Essentially the business avoided making any type of a statement and just left the phone number and email address for the 500FastCash's compliance department. I feel like the tone of their response is enough to. Another loan company no longer does loans in this state. I am requesting for 500FastCash to permanently  delete my account profile and payment information because I no longer want to do business with it. Since 2020 very controlling and exhibiting threatening, stero-typic fashion. 500FastCash has lost my business because it did not stop repeating the problem that was bothering me.

      At the time I did not know that 500 fast cash is an illegal lender in my home state of California. I have taken out multiple loans with them and have paid a lot in interest. I want a refund. Still not knowing that they are an illegal lender I took out a loan with them again in 11/03/2021. Up to date I have paid 270 a month since then and they are now requesting that I pay 1500 to pay off the loan, the originally amount I borrowed was 900. I don't think this is right or legal since they are not licensed to operate in California and their interest rates are way too high to meet state regulations. I want to be done with them since I paid more than 900 dollars in interest already. I want my current loan to be marked paid in full and if possible, a refund for the past loans that I had with them. So far they are not willing to work with me and want payment in full.

      Back in 2020 I had a 3rd party company help me to negotiate a settlement with ************ for a payday loan. ************ is now 500FastCash, and last year and again this week they are calling my work and my cell to try and get payment on a loan that has already been settled. I have the documentation showing the settlement and payment from ************* and 500FastCash still keeps coming back to me trying to get additional money. Even the loan number I had with ************ is the exact same one that 500FastCash is showing I owe them money on.

      Got a pay day loan a few years ago found out that the company was not legal inthe state of Maryland and the CEO was sent to jail for 16yrs I keep getting calls at my place of employment and asked them to stop calling me at work and the calls still continue stating they do not follow U.S.A goevnment rules because they are on and India Reservation. I already have paid back 300% what I borrowed spoke with the Maryland Attorney General and was advised to close account and to stop paying them. I want the calls to and all communitcation to stop my account number was XXXXXXXXXX.

      I took out a loan for 500 with 500FASTCASH I was advised I would pay 585.00 back. They called me weekly and asked if I want to stretch out the loan for easy payment. They say it will be 150.00 for 6 weeks. Which is $900 pay back. The extra 400 was a bit much but I knew the consequences of extending the loan. Below are the payments being take out of my account. The was the present to you after making the arrangements its seems the balance due is 900.00. Now I look back at the agreement its seems you are paying down on your loan and its actually what they plan to take from your account. The agreement is miss leading, then they called me the before they plan t take out 585. to ask if I want to extended it again. I am paying $885 in interest on a 500.00 loan. And they are trying to get more out of me today because they are aware one may not be able to pay that balance back at one time. The are thieves.       Received a letter form a **** business solutions llc. For this company saying oil owe 1282.10 and if I don't pay they will file a 1099-c form for urs . I never had a loan with them do t know how they got this info ! Is this fraud or a scam ?

      I was a victim of ID theft. I had to close down all of my accounts as result, I would not be able to pay my settlement until 11/7/21. Refusing to honor what I want to do to close out the account. I want to have the settlement set back up and to close this account out with the settlement offer. I would be happy to send the documentation showing that I was a victim of the id theft.

      I call 500 Fast Cash to revoke authorization of ACH payments on September 27th 2021. The representative whom I talked to said that everything was completed. On October 4th 2021 someone from the company left me a voicemail stating that they were unable to complete my request. Now they are still trying to debit money from my account without authorization.
