    I dropped my car off at Landers on 2/27/23. I was told my an employee that no longer works there to expect my car in a couple of weeks. All my parts had came in and I had been updated that the vehicle would be ready that Friday 3/17/23. I did not receive my vehicle that day and I had to leave a message and hope they would get back to me as of why I do not have my vehicle . The following Monday 3/27/23 I was informed there was a vehicle being worked on that was there for 4 months using the lift. I was very understanding and called back on 3/31 and left a message asking why I still dont have my vehicle. I was told on Monday 4/3/23 that the gentleman assigned to my vehicle no longer worked there and was basically lied to by the gentleman for several weeks. He did not communicate anything with anyone at the collision place on anything him and I spoke about. It is now 4/7/23 I still have no vehicle and now it is at Landers ***************** center and they found additional damage and I do not know how long they will need my vehicle. I am very upset because I feel like Ive been put on the back burner and not listened to or taken care of. My question is while they were waiting on the lift why my vehicle wasnt taken to the service center to get checked in the mean time. Why can they not communicate with me. Im 19 and cannot get a rental car. I work 40+ hours and go to school full time. This has put me out a lot of money. I am very upset. I was told yesterday 4/6/23 my vehicle was ready and it was not its now at their service center.

    The complaint was filed before her vehicle was completed. We explained to her delays due to a backordered air bag that stopped us from continuing repairs. the vehicle could not be taken to service or leave the facility due to this missing safety item.

     

    The additional damage found by the dealership was found after the vehicle was made road ready and safe.

     

    At the time of completion, all vehicle and customer concerns were resolved.
