****** repaired my pool pipes which had cracked during a freeze. When he, (******) completed the repair, I asked how much I owed him. He said I will get an invoice from the company which would show 1 hour of labor ($135) and ($75) for materials.Once I received my statement, they actually charged me the following: 2 hours labor ($275) and materials ($150.00).I called the company and mentioned our conversation at my house and said that my bill may have been mixed up with another customer. They rude guy on the phone stated that he would talk with ******. I later got a call back and the guy said that I must have talked with someone else.*****************, as that was the information he provided when i tried to pay him before he left my house after the job was completedl. The rude guy on the phone said he was sending me to collections... no need, I will pay thr bill. It will be their karma..*** Side note: When the first guy came to my house to provide an estimate, he noticed that the was a piece of the pump that broke off where the lid attached; he was unsure if the lid would aseal enough to prevent air from getting into the pump. Later when ****** called to schedule the appointment to repair everything, he mentioned the pump issue and said that he had an old pump with that same fitting that he could use, at no charge since it was an old one removed from a previous job. That was awesome and I appreciated it. In return, i let him take several extra valves and extra elbow fittings that he could use for other customers.
