Worst unprofessional manager ever, please dont rent here! The rudeness of staff and security. We rented July 7, 2023 without doing research as we just moved here from ********** and thought good deal for first mnths rent free, as soon as we paid the deposit they said we had to pay first mnths rent in order to get the next month off, then we were charged for a pet deposit when we dont even have an animal, or they would evict us, paid pet deposit and then got notice on our vehicle saying wreck less driving however we were asleep and not even out driving. When talking to office said they would talk to security to figure out and call us , never got a call and next morning our vehicle was towed. At which point we went to office to let them know that we are being harassed and the manager comes out of office yelling and absolutely rude, and said she will give us a 30 day notice to move. I have contacted the new station wrote reviews and see hundreds of others with same exact issue! Something needs to be done here it is wrong to treat people this way and harass hard working families that already struggle.

Worse management ever!! Rude and I felt discriminated against, and I dont use that word lightly!! Wouldnt give me a mailbox key until 3months later after going back and forth for said months. Towed my car bcz it went on flat and wasnt flat 24hours. Went to grab a tire and they already had it towed. Threatened with violations constantly. Kids cant be outside taking out the trash without someone with them or theyll take pictures of ur kid and send to ur email threatening a violation. AC doesnt work when it gets super hot outside, and theyll tell you in the ***************** AC isnt a necessity and take their time servicing it, and it still doesnt work properly. They will block ur account so you cant pay ur rent on time and pretend they dont know whats wrong with it until after the 5th, so they can intentionally charge you a late fee and threaten you with eviction by the 10th. They retaliate against you and bully you when you ask for the basic necessities of an apartment. They intentionally make up reasons to charge you money when theyre mad to get you to move out. Theres absolutely No peace of mind in this complex whatsoever. ******** in their office and a ******************************* I believe are the managers, and they refuse to give corporate information and are in charge of the bullying. Worse place to live, and under old management I lived here for 5years. New management is disgusting disrespectful and bullies.

Washer dryer hookup but no dryer vent. Told I have to use a vent box, which produces lots of humpty wetting everything near dryer. Rented because had hookup but does not really have it.Not cleaned before move in. Carpet just soaked not shampooed. I got it dry and now cat smell.Sticking stuff in cabinet as well as seasoning left.Bulbs out when moved in.No working mailbox key and told to pick up mail at post office.Packages stolen and told not there problem.Total disappointment. Can't even get replies to emails.Very rude
