Hi there, I just wanted to let you know that the services providing by your sister organization Midland Mortgage to the customer is below subpar, I am so very much disappointed with the services have been provided to me so far. I have requested to get out of forbearance for more than 2 months now, every time each representative giving me all together new story. 3 weeks back one of the manager told me that by next week I will get my offer, when I called next week they told me that they have just received my title back from city and by Friday or next week I should receive my offer, and the same story keep going on and on, even today when someone called me through automated line I chose to talk to a rep and now he told me that it will going to take another 2 more weeks. Come on this is really a joke, I have never seen any financial institution with such a careless attitude. I have never seen any financial institution have so much unprofessional process. I really want you guys to please resolve my issue ASAP and get me my offer so I can be out of forbearance plan. BR, *********************

Midland Mortgage filed false foreclosure information on my credit report and after 4 disputes refused to remove it. This house was left to my exhusband in a divorce not only that I filed bankruptcy on the property and this was discharged in 2010. Now in 2020-2021 this has hit my credit report. Midland filed judgement against my exhusband according to court documents it clearly says Im not responsible. This needs removed from my credit report as Im trying to buy a house.

This is the second email that I filed with BBB, I never received a response from the first complain. In January of 2021, I received a letter from Midland Mortgage Company. They told me that my homeowners insurance company had dropped my policy and Midland was giving me 45 days from the date of the letter to get another insurance provider. I immediately proceeded to do so. I got another policy on February 4th 2021. In March I received a letter from MM, telling me that I was being charged $209.57 for an insurance policy that Midland had taken out on my behalf. The policy started on January 11- 2021. Midland purchased a policy before sending me the notice and they didn't give me 45 days like the their own letter stated they would.I believe the company behave in a fraudulent matter. The first letter I received from them was dated on January 12, 2021 . They took out the policy on January 11, 2021 and sent me a notice on January 12, 2021 telling me that I had 45 days to respond. I contacted tell them that they had made a mistake but they refuse to listen. My mortgage account number is **********

My mother, *********************, passed away in July. She had her mortgage through this company. She had less than $2000 to pay to pay it off. My mother had a will and it clearly stated we would have power of attorney and the house was to be turned over to myself and my brother. They have asked us for documentation and we sent everything they asked. Every time I call, they keep telling us we haven't provided enough information or haven't sent the right paperwork. The utilities have been shut off and we can't get them turned back on because our name is not on the house. It is about to get cold outside and we don't need the pipes to freeze up. We are still paying the mortgage. We are blindly making payments, but they won't tell us the payoff. They won't give us any information because our name is not on the account. We have been in constant contact with them.

We had damage from Hurricane, which caused our windows to leak, and cause mold to grow along our walls to grow mold along our windows, and our ac unit was replaced and put in the closet from ceiling, the ceiling water damage had to be repaired, we fought the Insurance company for Insurance claim, had to use an Insurance Adjuster because Universal Insurance doesn't care, they should not be in business. So they settled and gave us much less than the repairs, We ARE over 65 yrs of age and need our home repaired, The SETTLEMENT CHECK was not an Ins. check for repairs it was a settlement check had our name & Midlands, we had to sign a confidential agreement with the Ins.Co.not to disclose information, and Midland Kept the check and wanted us to send them all paperwor for repairs, and we siged the agreement, so we can't, Midland wont release the check. ITS A (SETTLEMENT CHECK) they should have sent it to us so we can finish our repairs. Very UNETHICAL.

My complaint involves Midland Mortgage not offering ant post covid forbearance relief on a FHA loan to us after several emails and phone calls to them, they did send me a demand for almost $30,000 due a day after forbearance ended. I emailed the Vice president asking for the loan documents after customer service was very rude and not helpful, I am seeking the modification documents be mailed or emailed to us ASAP. They're trying to delay not offering a modification asking for a document that isn't needed!
