I turned 65 a few years ago and became tax-exempt in 2022 and Residential Homestead exempt. I called in May 2021 to get my exemption added to my account. Finally, in January of this year 2024, after being on the phone for one hour and 38 minutes I was able to get my 2023 exemption resolved. The supervisor informed me that the system could not go back to 2022 to readjust the exemption, She said her system would not allow her to go back that far. I called to see if there was an email where I could contact someone who could assist me and was told I would need to write a letter to Midland Mortgage. Right now my payments are behind because I want my account for 2022 to reflect the correct payment and pay-off balance. They will not provide an email to send my concerns to, and NO ONE can't seem to help otherwise. As I stated before the supervisor in Escrow was very helpful. but anything past 2023 she was not able to assist. I'm not looking for a refund just an adjustment to my account for 2022.

This is regarding loan number **********. We applied for mortgage assistance recently, my husband had a series of four strokes, our income was cut in half, due to him going on disability. we sent through all the required documents, which was a nightmare in itself because they were received but never uploaded so the process took MONTHS. finally i received a modification offer in the mail, wanting almost double the amount for the next 20 yearsseriously?? How is that even an option, raising my interest rate from 3 to 8% over 20 years, with our income cut in half? im wondering why the payments can not be added to the end of the existing loan, and paid back at the end, instead of a ridiculous modification offer, that is almost half of our monthly income. We need another option that is realistic and affordable due to our circumstances. We are a family of 4 and make under **** a month.Thank you

On 7/8/2023 I paid $233.16 for trash service from 6/1/23-5/31/24. Midland Mortgage Company refuses to reimburse me after sending me a letter dated 9/19/23 stating someone paid it. I called them 7 times to let them know I paid it. I was given 7 different answers. My last contact was 10/15/23 with supervisor ******. She infiorned me that she would run an analysis and expedite it. She than called me back 2 hours later to tell me that if she run the analysis my monthly payment would go up $200.00. I told her I was at the dentist and had to go. I am tired of the lies and shenanigans. She use manipulation to keep what is due to me. Midland Mortgage is responsible for paying the trash bill not me. I also sent a letter to the ** of **************** twp months ago, to the ***************** but haven't heard anything from them. I faxed customer service as instructed 4 pages of documentation on 10/27/23 showing I paid it, in addition to letter from the *********************** showing paid check #**** and the letter Midland Mortgage initially sent me. I dont understand why this issue is not being taken seriously and causing me unnecessary stress. I want my $233.16. remiburse to me. I told ****** on 10/15/23 that their customer service is in the toilet meaning awful . I compare them to **** of ******************

Id like to guve props to ******************************* for messing up my mortgage. You single-handedly messed up my refinance I just want to say thank you and because of your hard work on being able to mess up paperwork what you did was you sent me back longer than what I needed to do I needed to be and what Im saying is this you *********************** you and your supervisors honestly need a job but you dont need this job and the reason why is because now youre good you might be costing Midland Mortage millions if I dont get this invention completed so I just wanted to say thank you for being a trash representative of Midland mortgage and your supervisors And because of you, I have not been able to complete anything because of your clerical error not only have I not been able to complete anything youre supervisors have not reviewed your work. *********************** you had better hope to God and country that I am able to complete this stuff in the timely fashion because if not, you and Midland Mortage will be on a hook because my evaluation is over 900 million so the fact that I cant get it off the ground because of your clerical error is your fault so at the end of the day if Midland Mortage gets hit with the lawsuit Understand is because you and your people do not understand the complexities of checking behind the people that you work for so by me saying that this is your warning if I dont get what I need just be believing that I will be collecting a very fat check from Midland mortgage

MidFirst Midland Mortgage has repeatedly tried or succeeded and disabling me and my family's future. This home is our first home our first purchase. This loan was sold to Midland first Midland Mortgage by ********************* after ********************* charged my escrow account extra Hazard ********************** for my home even though I've had the same insurance policy since close of escrow at the beginning of the loan they did this eight different times. My place of employment close the doors completely at the start of covid leaving me jobless so I had to go on to a forbearance. Trying to get the excess Hazard insurance removed was next to Impossible. It also raised my monthly payment by raising my escrow needed amount grossly by thousands. Next they destroyed my credit sending derogatory comments to the credit bureaus taking me from a seven 721 down to a 535. In the process of doing a partial claim they added on almost $7,000 that came from nowhere. They refuse to correct it. They passed the buck around from the apartment Department like they are separate companies making you wait on hold all day long at times just to get back and forth from one Department to the other because one doesn't have anything to do with the other. In the process of doing a partial claim they refuse to fix their incorrect total that comes off of the paperwork that they sent me which I outlined and sent back to them and notice of errors. Which they refused to answer back to for several months at first. Then on top of that they added fees even though they're not supposed to to every month. And doing the partial claim the total was wrong they refuse to correct it. Instead I was denied for Mortgage Assistance three times now and I'm putting in for the fourth time. The whole purpose of a partial claim is to get you back on track with immortalization amounts that they are sending to principal are almost a year behind my balance total is almost a year behind and this is after three partial claims.

Company: Midland Mortgage did the loan for my parents **************************************************** house. My parents left the house to me. So I tried and tried to get my name on the loan (assume the loan). Midland mortgage unknown to my knowledge kept making me do application after application, but they had me doing a regular application like I was just trying to buy a house with terrible credit which I knew I had but that was not the case. I should have been given the application and lead to assume my mothers loan for her house that was almost paid for. Sad to say I know yet its life. I was in prison when my mother passed away so I came home to a total mess, family tore apart, house on the verge of foreclosure and they totally mislead me and took advantage of my lack of knowledge to ******* me out of my parents home. I even tried to file for bankruptcy but it would have taken everything I had into it which I also didnt know so I didnt file and they had me do another application which they made me fill out the same kind of application only to deny me for a new mortgage with a terrible credit score. They took my parents home that we lived in over 25+yrs. Please help me! Wish I knew of you all then.

I have been in communication with a couple of your representatives with Midland days regarding the ten late entries on my credit report, which range from December 2022 to September 2023. Your billing department informed me that a $600 check from December 2022 was returned, resulting in a $35 NSF fee on my account. Subsequently, all payments have been reported as late. It's important to note that I was also enrolled in a mortgage assistance plan during this period, as advised by your agent. This plan allowed me to split the payments, which was crucial for me due to the loss of my business and job following the impact of COVID. I diligently made full payments every month within the recorded month, and the payments can be verified through my **** of America account where auto-pay was set up. Sometimes, three (3) payments were made in a single month.I wish to emphasize that this information is inaccurate, as **** of America has verified that the payments were processed electronically. Furthermore, on Friday, October 27th, the bank faxed my complete payment history to Midland, dating back to January 1st, 2019, when Midland assumed control of my loan.In January and February 2023, I encountered the same issue of "missing payments," resulting in late reporting on my credit report. I provided documentation for these instances, but the matter remains unresolved. The false reporting has had a detrimental impact on my credit and has caused significant emotional and financial distress. I have been enrolled in auto-pay since 2019 and have provided substantial evidence, yet the issue persists.

I called to ask about mortgage assistance. I was told that someone would call me regarding this. I never received call. I decided that I did not NEED this!! I tried to pay my regular payment and late charge fee, and the amount was $3800 dollars!! Where did this come from. I was not contacted in anyway regarding this program. I was lied to!!! I tried paying my October payment and was shocked. I did not authorize this and was not notified about this. I do not need mortgage assistance. I can pay my regular payment with no problem. This needs to be fixed so that I can pay October payment before November which I have tried to do!!! My payment is $2780., and I want to pay my payment. I cant believe because the computer have a $3800 payment which I was NOT given an explanation for nor did I authorize this !!! I want to pay October before November 1, 2023 and have not been able to do so. No authorization was given nor was I notified about this!!!

I was on a covid forbearance with another mortgage company in mid 2021 my mortgage was sold to midland. In 2022 I came off the forbearance prior to coming off I did an application for a modification I also did one for state funding as I was told by midland. At the beginning of December 2022 I was approved by the state and notified midland and at that time they were suppose to cancel the application for the modification because the state paid them over ****** and also payed my account ********************** payment for 6 more months from Jan to June after then I payed and up to September my account was current. ****************** failed to cancel the modification and now they took money from the Va of over 67,000.After that they reversed all my payments from the state and sent me letters stating that I was in foreclosure and I needed to pay by November 1st. They did the partial claim and sent me another application after the fact for me to fill out. They have done everything thats not by the law. Also they have reported to the credit bureau that my account is 120 days late and since then my credit score has dropped like 50 something points. Where is the law that covers people that were in a covid forbearance.
