      I purchased a Jeep from Bob Howard in January 2023. I also purchased several warranties at the same time, all of which were financed by 5th 3rd Bank. The contract states that if a contract (APS, key replacement) is canceled the money refunded ($693.93) will be refunded back to the Bank. APS refunded this money to Bob Howard on 3/10/23. This money was never sent to 5th 3rd bank and my account credited. I have talked to everyone big enough to answer a phone there and still can't get an answer, we will get back to you is the answer I always get. I sure could use some help getting this resolved. Thank you

      I had purchased a new 2023 Ram **** truck 6/3/2023. The second day i purchased i had problems with it and they said i had to take it to the dealer so they could fix it. I took it to get it fixed. They gave it back and said it was good so it happened again the next day. it kept happening.This is the 4th time they had said everything was okay and i keep taking it back. I feel they are misleading me and i feel this dealership should be held accountable for selling me a vehiclea lemon. They tried to insinuate that I had to wait 500 miles in order to have a trailer. I had already purchased 2 Ram **** before this. the first first one was $60,000 Second was $75,000 no problems brand new. and Now this 3rd one was $87,000 and I have still yet had the chance to drive it for work which is making me lose out on money. The whole point was to use it for my business. I have yet to be able to use it for trailers with having the ongoing issue.

      Hello my name is ************************* I have a 2020 Jeep Renegade back in January the beginning of January I took my car in because I had a clicking noise when I was backing up I took it to a car place They said that my CV joints needed to be changed and that's why I'm getting that clicking noise so I took it back to *** Howard where I still have a warranty on it I still had a warranty on it so they could fix it They said they fixed it the May the May the 3rd I took it back to *** Howard ***** ***** said I'm glad you brought it back to ** now because you have **** miles into your warranty is over so I've called I left ***** a message um Thursday Friday no one He did not return my phone call then I call them to see what was going on with the car on Friday around 3:40pm and ***** told me that somebody called call them and he didn't know their name but they told him to go ahead and put tires on my car and I asked ***** wait a minute Why didn't you call me to make sure Because I don't have that money for tires so that's against the hippo law for one that he gave my information without calling me without notifying me what's going on with my car when I've tried to tell him over and over This is the second time my car has been so I'm really looking another car to be honest with you under 20 miles a ****** Rogue or a ****** ****** thank you.

      April 14th, I received a coupon stating the *** Number of my vehicle and offering, "Come in for service and receive a ******************* Change,Tire Rotation and Multi-Point Inspection for $29.95!", Valid for 30 days. I made an appointment for May 6th, stating the coupon details while booking the appointment. Upon arrival for the service, I informed the check-in staff of the coupon, and presented it.The staff refused the coupon, stating the Dealership Manager felt the coupon was mispriced and had directed staff to not honor the *** Howard commitment.***************************** is a disgrace, and apparently knows not shame.

      There was a glitch in the system and diesel owners got the same oil change special as a conventional oil change price. As the title says Synthetic blend, a diesel does not have a synthetic blend available. However due to your inconvenience we will refund you the difference form what the oil change special would have been for a non-diesel engine plus taxes and shop supplies. I again am sorry that there was an error and we are doing our best to get this issue resolved asap to prevent any other issues in the future. here...

      Back in January 2023 I went into *** Howard spoke to a ***** in service told him about my DVD car headphones that I need a replacement showed him the piece of paper for a lifetime warranty on them given to me by the dealership *******************, he said hed cant Do anything until next day and he would call. He texted me and said he spoke to warranty **** at the 800 number of the piece of paper and to call them they can help but dealership cant. I tried that number and nothing and did some digging and come to find out they went out of business so there was No way ***** talked to anyone and I was lied too. I called ****, service manager and spoke to him about what went on and he said he would call me back when he found it some info and to this day Im so waiting for that call, in the meantime I needed headphones to use in the car so I bought some while waiting for ***** return call I never received. Called **** again, no return call to me. Yesterday 4/11/23 I went in for an oil change asked if **** was there and he was and went in to introduce myself to him he didnt recognize my name so I reminded him and he said he wasnt giving me a pair of headphones, he was very rude, blunt and ***** never apologizing for anything and I told him I bought a pair and he said good he wasnt giving me anything. I left his office waited for my car and come to find out they charged me more than my coupon was, which never happened before and Ive been going there 5 years and messed with my tires all different pressures and it wasnt like that before I went in, I guess retaliation. I want a refund for headphones I had to buy and difference of my coupon and what I paid for oil change

      I responded to a cargurus ad for a jeep, when I arrived I was told the price for 3rd party vendors is not honored, and the price wasn't *****, but *****. Told him I'm sorry for wasting his time and got up to leave. He didn't give me my keys back and said let me talk to the manager. I found the price on the *** howard cjd website for ***** and have pictures of it as well as pics showing they changed the price on car gurus. I told him I would not have called for the car for *****. They bait and pressured me into buying this car for more than it should've been and the salesman lied about how much I owed on my trade said 24 and it was actually 26. Lies all the way around.

      We do agree that price showed up on Cargurus, we did not price the unit that, our cost was way over that figure and we only had the unit in stock a few days when you came in. Our price in the deal shows we told you $23500 and we never deviated from that price, we did end up giving you more for your trade to help make the deal. In the end, this is was the best we can do, and you chose to buy the car. The only alternative is that you didn't but it. Thank you for your business.

      I am rejecting this response because: I told ************* I wouldn't have responded to the advertisement if it was *****, and told him I was sorry for wasting his time and I when I got up to leave, your manager came out and acted like I was asking for to much, I was trying to leave the dealership and the manager and the salesman would not give my keys back for the trade. They continued to discuss and push me to buy the over priced auto.  Which eventually they bullied me into it. The problem is you changed the price of the car after I showed you the ad from your own dealerships website. Bad business practices... how many other unsuspecting consumers have you bullied into buying your Bait and switch cars. You owe me ****. **** for the price change difference and 200  for the extra cost for my tag.

      I went in for the second time to have the same problem fixed on my jeep and was told the complete price would be ****** and when I had my daughter pick up my jeep, they charged my account to 2,713..25 without any type of authorization. when I called and spoke to the manager, ****, he blew me off and was not trying to help me whatsoever and is now refusing to return my calls or my husband calls. They wiped out my entire bank account.

      The repair order was closed incorrectly and yes we did overcharge the customer. Yes we do make mistakes and yes we make correct them when we do. I understand we have already refunded the clients money prior to this complaint, so I am not sure why the client felt the need to send in the formal complaint.

      This has happened to me twice now with this business and my money was not refunded until four days later, which caused me to not be able to close on my home loan. Not once did they apologize or reach out to me regarding any of this I got no response whatsoever from the dealership. I did not receive a refund until after this complaint was filed, and they seen that I filed a complaint, very shady business! My brother in law works for the same company and even reached out to try to help with no success.

The manager couldnt care less what damaged their careless mistake has caused and was not even apologetic whatsoever. I feel like your business is completely shady when I take my vehicle in there for the same problem twice and was charged thousands of dollars to me and my warranty company and the problem continues. The fact that their response is still being completely rude. I would like a no communication from them whatsoever.

      I have brought my jeep in there three times in the last few months and they have not been able to fix them and or listen to what the problems are. They employees in the service department are extremely unprofessional and never return my call. Even when my jeep is being serviced. As the owner of the vehicle I should be contacted with any questions or concerns I may have. I am so dissatisfied with the service and don't trust anyone at the company. I will be notifying jeep of the service I have received. I honestly hope this dealership tanks.

      I purchased a new jeep gladiator from them and as a part of the sale they were to put a liner n bed cover on the bed of the truck. The truck bed has been useless to me due to it rusting. They won’t do the right thing and pay to fix the truck. They won’t answer my calls or jeep wave, customer care either. I’ve had an open case with them for over8 months. I just want my truck repaired. It’s bad work and bad business.

      I have went to Bullet Liners and they are saying that the person the dealership claims did the work was not using their products and the two appointments set up by them were with businesses that do not do spray in liners or repairs to accommodate my jeeps needed corrections. Furthermore, I was never contacted by the dealership I had to find out all this information myself. This has not been handled professionally or even remotely like a concerned organization that cares about their customers would do. I have put in way more time and effort towards the resolution of this than they have period and the jeep is still not fixed.

      Weve done all we can do to assist this client. The repairs are under warranty, however the client has failed to show for any appointments. Our final attempt to resolve the clients concerns. The client may choose to have the bed liner redone on their own and we will reimburse up to $300. This is our final response to this case, which was closed back in November.

      Bob Howard jeep, made no effort to respond to me personally. Nor were appointments made to repair my damages. They as stated before called one location near me, that I found out about from jeep wave. And when calling the location I found they do not handle body work or spray in liners. The do snap in accessories only. I tried to call to make them aware as did jeep wave. And we got no reply or returned calls. Ignoring all communications from everyone involved in this is not handling your business!  And Im seriously insulted that you would offer $300 to repair the damages and re do the spray in liner when the national average for a bed liner installed on a clean surface brand new is roughly $850.00. And this application will require your damaged liner to be removed, the bed to be repaired or replaced and then the liner properly installed. This is unacceptable.  Even since I replied to the first response you posted I have tried to contact you and received no calls back as advised by your staff.  I was hoping to not have to note publicly that the person you hired to do this work is not certified by the company that you claimed the liner was from. And has not been for some time. And so much more that I have found out since you made this situation one such that I have had to do all the work to find resolution for this faulty, cheaply done work. I encourage you to do the right thing and fix my vehicle you destroyed with this bad decision. And at the very least make contact with me, your client. Of regrettably more than one vehicle. What a horrible way to treat repeat business.

      I purchased a used dodge ram from this dealership on 9/7/2022. I have since had the vehicle in my possession and have already insured the vehicle and made my first payment on the auto loan. I have had go contact this dealership 4 times due to the fact that I have never been sent my title so that I can maintain legal tags and registration of the vehicle. It is now passed 30 days of purchase and I still have not received my title from the dealership so my temporary tags are now expired. The dealership has said that the old owner resided in North Carolina and that they never got the old title from him so they don't have one to send me. The dealership has informed me that there is nothing they can currently do and if I get a ticket they will reimburse me for the ticket. When I contacted them today the lady told me just to put my old tag on my new vehicle and that should be better I informed her that is not the case because the old tag is registered to my ex and I will be getting a new tag for the vehicle and not using the old tag that was on my trade in and that using a tag not registered to a vehicle is highly illegal. She apologized and I informed her I am going through a custody hearing where they check on home and vehicle inspection for the safety of my children and they are forcing me to have an unregistered vehicle with expired tags and that that risks my case. I asked if they could print me a new temporary tag until they get the title at which I was told no. As of today I still have no tags and the dealership said they might have to file with the courts to get a court ordered title which she said would take longer. I asked if we have a eta on resolution and was told no that I just have to wait.
