We live in ******, ** and purchased a vehicle from *** Howard Dodge (2022 Ram **** Diesel). The deal was made using their online chat and our salesman was **************** During the thread of our deal, I specifically asked ****** if they would add our county sales tax in the deal in which he replied yes. Well, low and behold, they did not and upon my husband signing the paperwork, he did not notice it was not included. I have tried multiple times to get someone to help and all they do is say they will call back and the never do. The taxes in ****** County is ****% and the purchase price of the truck was $91561.00. In order for us to register this vehicle in our home county the taxes have to be paid, which is not affordable to us. The dealership is doing absolutely nothing to try to rectify this and now I want my down payment of ******* back due to their lack of communication between their salesman, ****** and their finance department, and for their negligence, so we can pay the taxes and register our vehicle. For a finance department at a car dealership, charging no sales tax on any vehicle is unethical and to not try to help rectify this and just blow us off is extremely poor customer service and will do everything in my power to make sure people know this if *** Howard does not help to rectify this situation.Thank you ***********************/*************************

We apologize the client feels like we have avoided this situation, we felt as though we have communicated with the spouse and the client understood what we could do for them.

The client did sign a document statement with $0.00 included for taxes or licensing fees. In an attempt to resolve we have offered to buy the loan back from the bank and refinance the deal with taxes included. This will impact the payment to the exact amount if we had included the taxes from the beginning. Were down to leave the loan as is without taxes, or redo the loan with taxes.

I was searching online for a new Ram **** mega cab and came across one at *** Howard that hadn't came in yet. I contacted them to find out if it was still available and was informed by the sales man that it is still available and if I was wanting to secure the truck I would have to put a deposit down and then that would be applied to the final dollar amount. I put $500 down to secure the truck on 11/23/2021 and then just waited for the sales man to reach out when the truck came in. It finally came in on the 3rd of Dec. I drove up to *** Howard to finalize the purchase which wasn't bad at all, I had my own financing. A few days later I realized that I didn't see the adjustment on the final price where they applied the $500 to hold the truck. I contacted the sales man I'd been working with around Dec 15th to let him know and he said he would take care of it. I waited for a week and never heard back from him so I reached out again, he said that he passed it off to accounting manager and they were going to take care of it. Another week goes by and still haven't heard anything from them or seen a return on my card. At this point I'm starting to get ****** that I'm having to work this hard to get my money back, so this time I call Jan 24th 2022 and asked to speak to a manager in accounting and I was transferred to accounting and the manager was in with a customer. I told the in accounting what was going on and he said that he would let the manager know and see if they could just issue a live check. The guy I spoke with in accounting called me back to let me know that *************************(manager) approved them to issue a live check and that it would go out Jan 25th 2022 and that I would probably have the check by that Thursday the 27th. I waited that whole week and never seen a check nor did I see a credit back to my card. I thought I would give it another few day encase it got hung up in the mail, 31st, 1st, 2nd and 3rd still nothing so I decided to reach out *** Howard again.

I purchases a new 2021 Chrysler *********************** on Nov 23rd. I couldn't even drive it off the lot because it broke down immediately. The dealership has been promising to "take care of me" since then and to fix the car. It's been over two weeks of them thinking it was fixed, then it wasn't, then it was, then it wasn't. So, I'd like a refund on this purchase or a dealer trade.

There is a star case on this unit from the manufacturer, the parts ETA is 12th to the 15th. We have the customer in a loaner since day one, the ** has offered to pay the customers TTL or provided a Service contract etc. The client stated that if the car wasnt ready on the 15th we would have issues. He would fill out a survey and get someone fired if he had to. He also said he was going to *** Chrysler and us and make someone pay for him a new car somewhere else. Client blasted us on a survey lied saying no one has been in contact with him, no follow up etc. The employees at the dealership have kept the customer informed as information has become available to us from the manufacturer. Ultimately, since a star case is open we have to follow Chryslers lead, we're not sure the customer understands we can work on his car without approval from Chrysler.  We did try what we thought it was but that didnt work. So now they are replacing the entire battery back since it wasnt holding a charge.

We know his car has been in our shop for about 2 weeks so far and we want to get it repaired as quickly as possible. Josh our master tech said as soon as the part arrives in the morning, he can get it all done in one day. According to the engineers in ******* replacing the battery will fix the issue. We check every day and the part is still showing on time, they are shipping it directly from the supplier.

This is my first time having to deal with major car issues and being pregnant. I went over to ****** to get a wheel alignment come to find out they found other mechanical issues that cost a little over $2400. I decided to get a second opinion and go to Dodge. They inspected the car and found similar findings as ****** saying I needed struts front end suspension done. So I decided to let the dealership handle my car thinking it's a dealership they know what they're doing even though it was a little higher in cost. At first I was told it would be around $1500 something from ***** but when i came back i was helped by ***** who told me that cost was incorrect because parts and labor was not included which made it **** something but i had 100 taken off for Vet discount. I came to pick up my car thinking it was good to go. I drove off and my car was still pulling to right real hard like before when I took it in. I drove back to the dealership and informed ***** that my car is still pulling to the right real hard. He took the car to the back and had the Head Maint *********************** do the work because the person that initially done the "work" on my car did not do the wheel alignment and I was charged for an alignment that was not performed. I saw on the flyer that the alignment was ***** but I saw on my cost sheet it cost ***** which I was charged. ***** told me the guy that did the work didnt know how to do it and tried his best he said he was going to rip a new hole if he didnt know how to do it then he should've said something and he could've found someone else who could but that was not done. The Head Maint guy came out and told me he fixed it and that it would still be off align because the wheels are still fixed in the previous state. I went to Discount Tire and replaced the wheels and it did fix the alignment. I went to TX to visit my father since he had a seizure and stroke and trying to figure out options for his health. More info cannot fit.
